I ordered 2 #A4 and chili on hotdogs taste burnt. Not only that i was in drive thru for about 30 mins in this heat... Food was disgusting even the fries.
This was trying come out of drive thru. Just a shot of an accident at that time. Hope someone gets something from this.
I told them to keep the puppies... just my preference. I had asked for water, they gave me a 16oz with an lunch that was 2 pieces of chicken 1 piece of fish, corn, and French fries... I don't drink sodas, you could have done better. And the lady at the window didn't know if that were the size, the other lady was a little snippy... no, no that's what they get? I don't usually go there, now I remember why.Your fish is getting smaller and smaller. But, I love it. It is a treat, I guess I'll keep getting Disappointed...
I actually went to long johns. The food was okay. Previously we waited 20 mins for it food. The manager gave mea50% off "note" for the next visit which was not honored so I won't be returning there

Service was extremely slow. Had to wait 30 minutes after opening because they didn't have enough workers to open the Torre.Meal was wonderingly hot and delicious. I'd definitely go back soon!.
Our order was correct on the receipt but NOT in the bag.We were missing 3 add a shrimp and green beans and the food quality was poor. Fish and fries tasted terrible. Greasy and limp.
Bardstown “A& W “ out of root beer so otw home i stop here 5 cars in front of me. 24 minutes to the order screen. Wait 10 more minutes moved one up. Managers are just in and out doing who knows what. i figured it was pointless to stay another 30 minutes in drive through so i decided to leave after ordering. Such a disgrace & lack of care. Do yourself a favor and go get an ice cream float at Chick-fil-a the food isn’t that good to wait one hour in a drive through. Will NEVER go back to an A& W ever again.
Food was really good floor was slick and greasy.
Rootbeer floats were good. Environment lacked cleanliness.
