My wife and I did take out. The dishes all tasted good, but the portion size just wasn't what we expect for a +$31 dollar meal (2 main dishes, 1 appetizer). Each item would just fill a standard house bowl. Considering 70% of the dish is rice or noodles we expect more.
Will definitely return. Vietnam Kitchen is closed until next month, but this may be our new spot. Extremely clean dining room, menu is very reasonably priced, food is fresh and delicious. Excellent job!

I tried this place with my husband and got a noodle dish that was just okay. Recently though I've been on a search for the best pho in Louisville and this was last on my list to try. Out of ALL the Vietnamese restaurants in town (including Vietnam Kitchen, Pho Phi, La Que, and District 6 to name just a few) A Chau had the best pho! Tasty, aromatic, perfection. It tied with Nam Nam for me as best in town but with a much better price! Great job A Chau and congrats.
Honestly an underrated restaurant here in Louisville. Highly recommend getting the beef stew in here! Prices are really affordable with banh mis being less than $6 and pho around $10, can’t get any more value than that. It is pretty unfortunate that it’s mostly empty everytime we come when it’s a pretty good place in our opinion.
Food was really tasty and delicious!!Loved the Shrimp and Pork steamed wontons.The green curry was great as well.
Food is Delicious and the vegetables are fresh making the meal so amazing. I wanted to eat more but I only have one stomach hehehe!
EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD ? and then the cook came out to speak. It was a great experience.We had: Thai tea and Boba tea (drinks), Green Curry (spicy and a little hint of sweet ?), Crab noodle soup, and we forgot the name of the last dish.Will be back.
