Best it's ever been!!! It was super fresh after a 2-3 min wait. Both tenders and fries. Only complaint was they forgot ketchup and napkins but were brought out promptly. Prob the tastiest they've ever been.
Fast and friendly service at the drive thru. Food was fresh, hot and very good.
Always wanted to try Zaxby’s and I finally got to. I probably won’t eat it again for a long time. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t amazing like I was expecting. We got the Chicken Fingers, Traditional Wings, and Fries combo. The wings were better than the fingers.
Idk why but my son loves this place. The fried mushroom are delicious ?
I’m at Zaxby’s pretty regularly, I’ve been coming since you guys used to serve milkshakes. (Been a long time) but recently it seems they got new management & it’s been down hill, the wings barley have sauce on them, the drink machine was out of half the drinks, and my cheese bites was so burnt & when I sat inside all the table was sticky along with the floor. I did have a great encounter with a boy named Conner I believe that was his name, but that seems to be the only person who cares about the store. I don’t know if they got new people or what but everyone seems like they don’t know what they are doing & last 3 times I been there in about a month seems to be going downhill a lot. I hope they figure everything out i really do like this place a lot.
The food that I ordered was good. They got everything right except for adding one thing to my sandwich but other than that everything was good
Went through the drive-thru ordered $40 worth of stuff and it was on point no mistakes and very good and still warm and hot
How's the remodeling going? My friend said that terry the GM called her and said that she couldn't come into her orientation to start and train due to remodeling . Don't look like there is any remodeling going on at all .
Love this particular store. The workers are friendly and funny, and the Zalads are great here.
Got hooked on the food.The fries man like old school crinkle cut.Be sure to ask for ketchup tho, seems to slip the mind when they hand it out to you.
