Food was fresh and hot, I order a meal with 4 tenders and they were good but an extremely small portion , it was more like getting 4 chicken boneless wings not tenders.
Great food and friendly staff-wish they were up north-we can only eat here when we travel
I literally waited 26 mins for one meal went in to ask about my food the young lady was very rude then said they gave my food to another car so I waited some more she brought the food to the car I asked what she’s bringing just to make sure it was right she said friend pickles with a huff and puff now I’m asking for my money back because at this point I’m over it !!

The manager kendray had the worst customer service and when I told him my bread was hard he refuse to give me a refund and was very disrespectful. I advise going to chick fil a or canes if you’re in Lexington
I purchase large family meals here almost weekly for work events. The staff working the window are always incredibly polite and professional. When I purchased the meals today (advertised as 22.99) I found out the price had raised $6. The signage has not been updated. When I spoke to the GM about it he said he “forgot to change the board” stating he changed the other prices but not the family meals. I understand that costs are rising, this is not my issue, it is the false advertising. The GM said I could talk to his district manager about it but he can’t give me her number. Not to be a Karen, but for my 3 family meals, this is almost $20 over my expected cost. I am just asking to be an informed buyer.Update: when I arrived back at work with my food, I was shorted several containers of fries
I ordered via drive thru, food came quick and was good. service was friendly. I had ordered the kickin' chickin' sandwich, wasn't the best chicken I had ever had in my life and it certainly wasn't "kickin" but the fries and toast more than made up for my disappointment in the kick factor of the chicken.also side note they still don't have birthday milkshakes and that's a shame.another side note I think Zaxbys has the best fries of any chicken restaurant, hands down.
If the employees would follow my request it would be great. Can't never get it right.I have to travel a ways with my carryout buffalo salad.Every time I simply ask to buffalo my chicken and package it separately so my Lettuce does not wilt before I get ready to eat it .You do not know how many times I have to wait on my order and than wait again while they try and fix it. Drive through or walk in , it dosen't matter.It is really sad. But after spending $24. I refuse to leave until it is fixed.
The one in Nicholasville, Awesome. The one on Redding Rd. Not to awesome. Wait way to long at drive through window. And the chicken is always way over cooked. Either get it out when the beeper tells you to or not keep it under the heat lamp for so long. If it is you should have to sell it half price or at least let customer know what they are getting.
Very rude nasty attitudes at this location. Mind u I don't eat here however my son had a interview at this location today and I have to say very rude and very unprofessional place.... Right off the bat I didn't wont him working here didn't see friendly at all glad I made him leave because he wind up at a better location making a lot more and much much more comfortable and professional so zaxbys lost???
