First time having Zaxby's since there's not any in my home state. Good food, decent price
I think it's the best chicken tenders and zalad place to go.
Chicken was good but proportions have definitely been cut down. Bread for nibblers was hard yesterday.
No complaints they always provide great food and service at this location!
When a place is nowhere near where you live sometimes you want it more than you really want it and for me that place is Zaxby's man I wish this place was better
I generally like Zaxby's but this particular location is not impressive.To start with, I stood in line for several minutes while the employee behind the counter played with her phone before finally taking my order.The cooks in the back seemed far more interested in socializing than working.The manager was friendly and courteous but the rest of the employees were rather surly and unpleasant.
I love Zaxby's, absolutely love it. Went in the drive thru placed my order, which included one order of 10 boneless chicken wings with no sauce. These 10 boneless wings were for my dogs, which is why I wanted no sauce.I pull up to the window to pay, hand over my card, get my drinks and card back, and am asked to pull up to spot #1. I wait in spot #1 for about 15 minutes before my order is brought out. The employee hands me the bags and walks off, doesn't wait to see if I'm satisfied with what I received. So, I go through the bags and realize that my no sauce boneless wings are actually bone in wings with buffalo sauce. So I get out of the car and talk to the same employee, who was bringing someone else's food out, and tell her it's wrong. I again explain, 10 boneless wings with no sauce.I wait about 10 - 15 minutes when the employee brings out a bag with my order in it, and aga5just walks off before I can check the contents. I open the container and find a 3 piece chicken strip meal, with fries and toast. So I laugh and again get out of my vehicle, but this time I walk into the restaurant. I walk to the counter and am greeted by the manager by being asked if the order he has on a tray is mine. I say no, and wait for him to find the customer it belongs to. I then tell him this is the second time this order was wrong. He told the kitchen we needed a 10 piece boneless with no sauce, and within two minutes I have my food and I'm finally on my way home.I give 3 stars purely because the food was, as always, great. The service at this Zaxby's is lacking. I don't know what happened, because it used to be a good location. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.
Their boneless wings are actually amazing.They always seem to forget something though. One time it's a cookie (really wanted that btw) the next time it was a whole drink.Oh well. Excellent service and great food.
