We don’t have Zaxbys close where we live so it was a treat to eat at one again. Enjoyed a nice lunch with my son. Fairly busy area so it was interesting getting in but plenty of room in the store.
They definitely changed their chicken source it's all small but yes they charge even more LOL and the fries are terrible they always taste freezer burned do not eat here unless you want to waste your money
My husband and I had the salads they where fresh the chicken was crunchy ask for extra dressing
First time to zaxby's and I'm very disappointed. Not sure if it's all Zaxby's or just this location but I ordered the 4 piece chicken finger combo. Let me tell you thats exactly what I got, finger sized chicken. It was also chewy. I will post a photo of it beside a French fry. All of them were small. I paid over $10 for it. Definitely not worth coming here in my opinion.

This Zaxby's location never follow their hours of operations...many times I have tried to dine there for them only to close early.. tonight was no different..they closed 1hr 15 mins early
If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to the zaxbys on leestown road at sharkey way and they where very rude. They messed up my order which was a salad. I asked for no fried onions and when I gave it back to them to be remade they gave me the same salad back after picking off the fried onions. I could still see the crumbs from the fried onions. I called to let them know about it and they hung up on me twice and kept me on hold for a long time. When I finally did speak to a manager he told me that I couldn’t return my salad nor could I have a refund. How can one be denied a refund??? Especially if you have a receipt! I would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor service and bad management. Zaxbys lost a customer, will be taking my business else where and to somewhere that’s professional and respectful!
Apparently they close at 7:00, but the website stated 10pm. Would’ve been nice to know before I waited in line for ten minutes. Never had a negative experience with any other Zaxbys. I Hope this one raises its customer service better going forward.

The food was just ok the staff apparently suffered the ability to post a note the lobby was closed. There were 12+ people inside eating. Someone leaving opened the door for me. When I questioned it to the girl who was happy to take my order she was as confused as I was. She asked her manager who said they were short staffed. But still didn't put a note on the door. Our food was for pickup inside. Otherwise we would have had to sit in a half hour wait in line....The least they could have done was notify their staff and put a note on the door. The lobby was obviously open 5 minutes before we got there.
