The food here is fresh and hot/warm MOST of the time. The boneless wings and fries are all good and it’s a nice place to go if you’re having a wing craving. I like their different selections of wing sauces and they all taste good (I usually get tongue torch). Fries have a nice seasoning as well. I’ve maybe gotten subpar food here once or twice. Those times the wings weren’t fresh and cold. Overall it’s pretty good.
I can’t ever really rate fast food on the quality cause it’s never great, but this place takes WAY too long to get your order to you. I’ve waited over 15 minutes the last couple times, and I’ve never been here when it’s more than me plus 2 other people in line. Come on, do better
It took over 15 minutes to get my food. The employees were not busy and there was 7 people in the dining area. I ask for some sauce and that took 2 more minutes and still not busy. Then the sauce was put on the counter and the girl behind the counter was talking to her sister about what there going to do after she's off , and I'm standing 3 feet from them. Food was very good , hot , and very tasty. Service maybe 1 ⭐
There was a delay in receiving our food on a dine in order and staff recognized the delay, apologized, offered to refund our money, and gave us extra tenders and wings to make it right. Excellent customer service!
First time and probably the last time I ever eat here . The chicken on my sandwich was rubbery and taste old like it had been under heat lamps all day and not to mention there was no bacon on it . I gave 1 star because the fry's and Zaxby's dipping sauce was good. I really was disappointed to say the least wish I would've went to Chick-fil-A like I usually do. But I seen there commercial on TV and thought I'd try it . Owe well live and learn ..
Placed an online order 10 minutes in advance, to avoid the drive-through. Get here and the dining room is locked and closed. There’s a sign saying the dining room is closed and to pick up the order inside, but the doors are locked. So I’m now having to wait in a long drive-through line to pick up my online order. They’ve already got my money so I can’t just leave without flushing my money. I appreciate if they’re short staffed, but this needs to be better managed. Either the dining room needs to be opened before picking up to go orders, or they need to not allow online orders through the app.
Stopped by Zaxby's for lunch. Only a few patrons in the restaurant while we were there. We had about 40 minutes for lunch before an appt. LONG wait for our lunch to be prepared. My husband had the Zax Snack which is chicken fingers, fries and Texas Toast. He really liked his lunch. I had the Grilled House Zalad. A lot of the lettuce in my salad was old and brown. Due to the short amount of time we had to eat... lunch was RUSHED. Didn't have time to finish eating... thus 3 ?.
Sweet kids but waiting for over 20 minutes for my order is a little on the ridiculous side. Especially just for a sandwich and a chicken tender plate. ?
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE me some perfectly prepared Golden brown crispy coated gooey melty white cheddar cheese bites from Zaxby's!!! Of course the chicken tenders are phenomenal dipped in the signature Zax's sauce too but for me it's the cheese bites that I have developed a serious addiction 2. I have to get my Zaxby's fix anytime I can afford to splurge on a little special delivery for dinner. I ALWAYS HAVE 2 order 2 orders so I don't have to share with my guy lol, he loves them 2!! I would definitely recommend placing your own order right now. ???
We usually eat in the dining room when it's open. The salads are served in takeout boxes and the contents always look like the box has been dropped.
