I purchased food on July 3rd and the fries was hard the food was cold they told me I had a replacement I could get it at any time I called to get the replacement and of course they didn't put it in the system or however they do that I think it's wrong when they mess up on your food they're going to offer me a discount that's not fair my food should have been replaced I will never even though this is my favorite place to eat I won't be eating there again
What did you do to to the wedge fries??? They aren't wedge fries anymore! More like undercooked steak fries which suck!! Go back to your wedge fries or lose customer you cuz your wings can be bought in any restaurant!
From the person answering the phone to the speedy delivery, this Wing Zone is the best!They even threw in an extra couple of wings and while my waistline doesn't need it, my wing lovin' self could have done a backflip! I'll be ordering more often!
Ordered wings, blue cheese, fries, and drink with a coupon code. When order was delivered no drink and no blue cheese. Called and spoke to a “manager” and he seemed put out that I was asking to get what I ordered. He refused to give me the drink because corporate must not have entered the coupon code into the system to include a drink. He offered to have the blue cheese brought out “when they get a chance.” I prefer to dip my wings in blue cheese so instead of having fresh and hot wings I guess I’ll have to settle for reheated wings. Thanks for the experience.
I received the order in a timely manner that's the reason I'm giving two stars. I got a black bean burger that was as hard as a brick and I ended up having to throw it away. I literally couldn't even cut through it with a serrated knife.
