Ordered Bologna egg and cheese received bacon egg and cheese. Waiting in the drive-through way to long. The food was good though just give me what you want me to eat I guess.
I usually like White Castle and enjoy a slidder every now and then, but my most recent visit was not a good experience. The fries were hard and cold, and the burgers weren't fresh. The food looked like it had been sitting for awhile. Very disappointing ?
Hadn't been to a White Castle for over ten years before coming here the other day, it was exactly as I remembered it being. Same tasty sliders, same dirty restaurant. The service was good, the employees were friendly and I particularly took note of how when a few homeless-looking people came in and asked for ice water that the employees treated them well and gave them free ice water without any bad attitude. That reflects good training and management and humanitarianism in my opinion.
The food is your normal White Castle right experience. I always judge fast food freshness by the fry temperature. They weren't straight out of the fryer but they were old by no means. The man that has worked the drive-thru for years deserves to be a manager if he isn't already. He is always friendly and acts like he is happy to be there. I just wish they would get a little quicker on their drive-thru speed.
I ordered 2 double cheese stackers and a drink... it took 10 minutes and my order was wrong. But I didn't realize it til I got half way home.. which is 14 miles away. I did not feel like turning around. This wasn't the first time this has happened. I keep hoping they get better but it seem like it's not.. I have realize that it is a hit and miss with this place.
After several visits, its a wonder how they turn a profit. Every order takes 30 mins....and that's with no cars in the line. Patience is a virtue, and also the only way you'll squeeze a slider out of this place.
Waited 30 minutes for the food and never received it. Asked for a refund and they said it had to be put back on my card. Said it would take up to 72 hours. It's a week later and still haven't received the refund. So no food and no money. Pist
I guess an online order means something different here. Order put in, 10 minute wait in line, to find out the order had never been started. Just do drive thru but be ready to wait.
Went late night for drive thru, I understand that may be short handed but service was very slow and unattentive. We sat in front of menu with no customers ahead of us for about 5 mins and could see workers standing through window the entire time. Did not appear to be busy with much of anything.Food quality was decent.
