First timer. Great salad kitchen, portions, friendly staff, and clean. Went in for tuna salad, they didn't offer tuna, so I went with chicken. It was really good. Only suggestion just a few more protein options, maybe some venison, tuna, or even some steak. Shrimps were pretty tiny too and I may have missed them, I didn't see any tomatoes either. I'll go back and eat there again.
Really great little stop with tons of options for salads and wraps. Seasonal stuff which is great. The food was very tasty and extremely reasonable. Very clean place and friendly staff as well
We've eaten at Vinaigrette dozens of times over the last year, and generally it's very good. However, the quality seems to be declining. Today, we went in and the noodles we were served were moldy. The young man on the line was nice enough to dump them and offer something else, but then we noticed the lettuce was moldy too. We pointed out that the lettuce was brown and pink and he said, "Oh, yeah, we should probably just dump that." Yes, you should and you should probably have done that before putting it on the line. If we hadn't pointed the mold situation out, they would have served us that garbage. Not impressed.

I have eaten here multiple times and really like the salads. However, I do not appreciate eating an entire salad only to find a hair stuck to the side of the bowl. Please make sure your employees are wearing hair nets.
Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen has the best salad I have ever had. They offer for you to have dressing on the side or mixed into the salad. ALWAYS Get it mixed into the salad. It is so much better that way. The Bluegrass and Blackberry salad with Chicken is SO GOOD. We eat here about once a week.
My favorite restaurant for a fresh, healthy meal! I always get a custom salad and add my own toppings, but also love their chicken taco and vegan power salads.
Great salads and white chicken chili. The soup portions are small, otherwise no complaints.
