To me I feel like the fruit smoothies are not naturally sweet, like they put 2 much ice or water in it, otherwise I would've gave them 5stars
Today was the final straw, literally. Ordered two smoothies with two edible straws through DoorDash. Both straws were broken in the middle and one of the smoothie orders was completely wrong. It happens too often for something so straightforward. It would be nice to have Smoothie King in town for competition.
Food is delicious! Love the Caribbean jerk wrap. Smoothies are big and are so satisfying. Place is clean, staff is professional and kind. Highly recommend this place.

Walked in and no one was at the counter, waited close to 5 minutes before someone finally came out of the back and looked shocked to see me. Another customer was waiting behind me and ended up leaving… the door has a bell and everything so I’m not sure how they didn’t hear it go off three times.
Food was ready and nicely packaged to-go when I arrived (I placed my order online) and everything was tasty! My smoothie was also very delicious. Will be back

Overall, the smoothies were good. I am giving 3 stars because of the shady experience. I stopped by and ordered 2 smoothies to go and while being rung up, I was asked multiple times to donate to a charity after saying no more than once. Also, he tried to charge me a $3 tip for a to go order? I declined the tip. It just seemed very odd to me that he kept trying to up charge me and kept pressuring me to donate to a charity that he couldn't explain what the cause was for that particular charity. It was an awkward and uncomfortable experience. I will think twice before returning.
