Great place to get affordable drinks and the food is ok. Service the 3 times I have gone has not been the best. The live music is always a plus.
Drinks were awesome, be sure to sit at the bar for the best service. Food is the 4 star on this review, just not as good as I remember with the buffalo wings. Having the sauce straight out of the bottle just feels off. But, the food is good regardless!
$$ - Nostalgic Homestyle Garage atmosphere. Cheeseburger was very juicy and tasty. Leafy Side Garden Salad was very tasty with the vinagrette dressing as well.
The bouncers either don't know how to tell the difference between a real and a fake or like taking/breaking them for fun. Most nights it's uncomfortably crowded and super understaffed. Their food is alright but overpriced. I would not bother with this place, worst bar I've been to in Lexington.
Food was excellent with generous portions. Easily 5 stars on food alone. Service wasn't as good as it usually is. Server forgot appetizers. Server didn't offer anyone in our party refills on drinks. Nothing major. It just seemed like the server may have a bad day.

Great venue! Even being a Tn fan dressed in orange on a night Tn upset the cats everyone in the bar was very nice and treated us respectfully.
I had a terrible experience, albeit brief, at Tin Roof. My friend and I were harassed by an employee for going through the wrong entrance and berated in a condescending tone for making a simple mistake. We’re both clearly over the age of 21 and the entrance we went in wasn’t marked as “exit only” or whatever. We were so disgusted that we left immediately and will never come back again.
Have only been in Lexington since July, my fiancé an I wanted to try out this bar tonight an see what the hype was about. The live music was amazing band was super involved with everyone but the bartender was extremely rude! Worse experience I’ve every had at a bar. Got yelled at when I put my change in my wallet that I didn’t tip, bartender told me he wasn’t serving my fiancé or I anymore drinks because a tip wasn’t immediately put out for him. I’ve been to lots of bars an have never been so disrespected. Will NEVER recommend to to go to this bar again. Seriously need to watch their bartenders an get new staff if that’s what their employees think is professional
