Absolutely DELICIOUS food and a really friendly staff! Went and checked the place out and couldn’t of been more satisfied with my lunch. I tried the Bo Bun and their Cheesesteak Egg Rolls (mouth is watering just thinking of these) and each bite was filled with so much flavor!! Looking forward to my next meal from here!
The food here is AMAZING!! We were traveling and just took a chance and stopped in. We did not regret it. The staff was so nice and helpful. But most of all the food was great.
Pretty good place. Would recommend doing takeout because the smell of tires from the attached tire shop is pretty overwhelming. I know it's not their fault but needs to be taken into account none the less. Otherwise the place was clean and the staff were very nice.
The Wok was extremely delicious. I took my teen daughter, because I was told they had yummy gluten free food. My daughter has celiac disease and safe, tasty, and gluten free food is hard to come by in restaurants. The owner eats gluten free and understands the caution when cooking. He has made such a variety available for those with celiac disease. My daughter ate egg drop soup, gf egg roll, and Mongolian beef with rice. She was on cloud nine with all of it. Every item was so fresh and cooked well. I had Drunken Noodles, which was delicious and fresh. Not sure if mine was gf, because I didn’t need it to be. The prices were good and it was worth every penny. The staff was also helpful and nice. The owner came out to see how the food was and was glad that the meal was a treat for us.
We stopped overnight in Lexington on a trip and wanted to try the takeout. It exceeded anything we were expecting! It was delicious and anytime we come through Lexington again This will be a required food stop!
Literally can't say enough great things about The Wok. The food is unbelievably delicious. I recommend trying tofu in your dish even if you don't like tofu. The pho-ritto is sooo good but it's messy but worth it. Gỏi cuốn appetizer as well as the Thai fries are a must try. Hoang is forever accommodating so if you have special requests don't hesitate to ask. I also love the bo bun if you want a light meal. The specialty egg rolls are unique and tasty as well.
The food tasted good but only got four tiny pieces of chicken with the sweet and sour carry out dinner plate. That was a big disappointment. Cook needs to make sure the appropriate amount of chicken is served. There's no excuse to say this was the result of being busy because the place wasn't busy at 4:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I recommend people check their carry out before leaving the restaurant. The sesame chicken dinner had adequate amount of meat and tasted very good.
???????Very disappointed in this place. I don’t see how it’s rated so high when the food is horrible. Pitiful excuse for sweet and sour chicken, & just about every other food on the menu. Definitely won’t be going here or recommending
I ate here for lunch, and it was great! I had the sesame BBQ pork with white rice. It was delicious and surprisingly cheap. I paid about $10, including the $3 tip. Best of all, it had a ton of gluten free options, so this is a great place to eat if you have Celiac disease.
I truly enjoy The Wok. I've probably taken a dozen deliveries now, and I am always excited by what's in the box. These dishes delivered have presentation. The dishes are lovely in the to go container. I am working my way thru the menu, but if I had to pick one thing? The egg rolls. No question. These are not your typical egg rolls. I've tried every one and they are fantastic. I think they're the best thing on the menu, so far...........I also love how I can get steamed veggies instead of rice and noodles, but when I want rice, jasmine rice is an option. I also appreciate that tofu is always a protein option. Loyal customer here.
