In all honestly, the first time I came here a few months back I wasn’t very impressed. But today, the staff were WONDERFUL. Right off the bat the guy that took my order was kind and genuine, making small conversation while I decided what to order. Then there was an issue with an older gift card I had going through and another guy stepped in to help, quickly and kindly accepting it. My smoothie came out very quickly and the girl who brought it to me was also very friendly and genuine. A great overall experience and the smoothie is delicious!

I’ve been coming here for close to two years here on a semi-regular basis and have never been disappointed. Delicious smoothies, my favorite salad is the berry protein. Staff is always so sweet.
I’ve been coming to the Press for years & I’ve just seen such a decline in service and food. It has become so inconsistent, that it feels dumb to keep wasting my money there when it is never the same product. I get a cappuccino and smoothie bowl and more times than not the cappuccino is not drinkable. Even the amount of product in the smoothie bowl has become less overtime, also with varying degrees of being edible. It’s such a bummer that it’s changed so much over the past few years. It has become a game of roulette every time I order from here ??
I got a smoothie bowl to go and it was great; my experience was literally fine. I don’t know why everyone is complaining; the employee(s) I talked to were super nice and even walked down to my car to bring me my food. I didn’t add a picture of my smoothie bowl because I added spinach and choc chips and the color might be off putting to some people, but I really liked it!! The price is high but that’s kinda just how much these things cost. I have no complaints!!
I was really excited to try this place; not worth it. I ordered a green goblin and waited about 15 minutes for it. When I ordered it I was the only customer there and there were about 5-6 employees. Every other customer received there order before I did. I had to ask about my smoothie; it was obvious they had forgot about my order. There just was no excuse with plenty of employees and not many customers there.

The manager is rude. Everyone there is too young to know the difference between good service and rushing people out the door. Whoever that supervisor is with the blonde hair was rude to 3 other people I watched. And then proceeded to give multiple other people free food and items that she did not offer me. Terrible service overpriced health trend food. My juice was sour as all hell, on top of them being rude.... I’m never going back and will be advocating others to try a new juicery.
