I love local! This is no exception.I had the chips n salsa and a 4 taco basket. The 4 tacos were pulled pork, Korean BBQ, Tequila lime chicken, and brisket.The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. The pulled pork was a little bland and I would say ok. The brisket was ok. The Korean BBQ and tequila lime chicken were fantastic. I will come back and get those 2 with 2 new tacos.
Very quick service. Easy ordering process. Delicious food. Really liked the fish taco and southern fried.
The tacos were tasty. The staff here is very friendly and made wonderful suggestions. My only issue is that our food came out incredibly fast, especially for 9pm. This leads me to believe there's no way the shrimp, fish, chicken etc that was on our tacos was made fresh right then. I mean the food was out before we got beer and sat down. I'm taking like three to five minutes. Other than that, it was a good experience.
Love these tacos! My husband and l try to take advantage of the Taco Tuesday deal any chance we get. They have a vegan taco option as well and it's delicious. Their flour tortillas have a great texture, but they can substitute them for corn ones for people with gluten intolerance. If these tacos were slightly cheaper l would go every day :)
It may be called local taco , but the taste coming outta that place is far , from Local it’s a real deal dream of bliss in your mouth!!!!! I have ate every thing they have on the menu , and after two years of going here twice per week , I honestly , can’t tell you which taco is my favorite ????? I haven’t a clue !! It’s all equally good! The barbecue taco is a knock out , but the fish taco is straight fire as well!! Just do yourself a solid & the next time your craving tacos , go to local taco and order 3-4 tacos any will do you’ll thank me later, take care , and fun travels ?
Tacos were great. But my pickup order was missing a dessert I paid for. Not about to drive 30 mins again to pick it up. Yea I know I should have checked but please check your orders please for people that take it to go. Could’ve been an awesome review but now I don’t have “sweet” taste about this place.
Excellent food and very friendly atmosphere. Great decor inside and and outside. Had some really great dishes that I never would have considered, but turned out to be fantastic. I definitely recommend it.
Other reviewer hit the nail on the head, better tacos to be had. It’s definitely more of a college meetup place than an artfully crafted taco restaurant. Parking is a bit tricky. They have a small lot, but adjoining lots are off limits so you must find street parking. You order at the counter, they give you a table number and your food arrives shortly thereafter. Tacos are petite and bite sized. We tried 6 tacos, nothing really stood out or was memorable. Their kids menu, however, was perfect for a small child and fast if you have a hungry child. Most tables were drinking pitchers of beer or mixed drinks. We likely wont be back, but it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great.
This place is well worth the visit. It was our first time here. We got the 4 taco deal. I mixed it up and I'll be honest I liked them all. Can't wait to try other items off the menu on our next visit
Visiting Lexington for the weekend and stopped by. Everything was super fresh. They even make their own juices and sauces fresh. Please open one of these places in Cleveland.
