Very good location. First time visiting. Food was great.Savy was a great waitress.
Came here for date night tonight because we had a gift card and was seated in Adriane’s section. She was awesome, very polite and gave us just the right amount of attention. Our food came out quick, I ordered the chicken critters with a Cesar salad and steak fries. For $11 it was a huge portion of chicken! I think two people could’ve easily split it. A manager checked on us at one point, which was nice but we failed to share our experience with the hostess that sat us, Madison. She was one of the worst hostesses that we’ve encountered. We had to sit in our car to wait on a table, when we were notified to come inside we stood at the host station where another girl said that Madison would take us back. Madison never greeted us or even really looked at us. While we waited to be acknowledged by her, she had to complain to the other girl about something that happened with her car before actually waiting on us where she quickly walked us to a table and immediately stormed off not saying a word or if she did it was under her breath. I even tried to thank her anyways and still didn’t get a reaction. Madison was very unprofessional, I just hope she doesn’t treat everyone like that. Adriane however, great employee and provided great service.Overall, we enjoy coming here for an affordable date night. We just hope you guys find nicer hostesses because they’re the initial face of your business that may make your customers decide to stay loyal or take their business elsewhere.
Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. I recommend using their call ahead seating option. We were able to be seated immediately when we arrived while there was a large crowd waiting for tables outside. I find that this Texas Roadhouse is usually pretty consistent with the quality of their food. We will definitely be back soon.
I visit this location quite often and have immensely enjoyed the food and drinks I’ve been served! The waiters are kind and experienced in what they do. My only quarrel is that it is often packed, but that is to be expected with this food chain.
Texas Roadhouse was delicious as always. I had the grilled chicken caesar salad, rolls and a cactus blossom. Everything was good. And the service was great. My server was Christian and he was so nice and checked on me several times. Overall another great experience at Texas Roadhouse!
Stopped in for dinner this evening and after about 25 minutes of waiting we were able to be seated. Our waitress was friendly but did have a slight problem remembering what we requested or told her. She did bring us our items in a timely manner, but made about 5x more trips for things that she had forgotten. I ordered a 12 oz Prime Rib dinner, and Noah, one of the managers, came by and was not pleased with the thinness of the meat. He quickly apologized and made sure that it was replaced. I was very surprised that he noticed that I wasn’t getting what I was paying for and took care of it. In this day and time that kind of service to detail and satisfaction is hard to find.I thanked him for his assistance and definitely will be coming back.And just maybe then, my waitress will be able to write down what we request… or have a much better memory.?
Wonderful service and staff! Danielle was my bartender and did a wonderful job, she was so friendly and took care of everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back to sit at the bar with Danielle again!

I want to thank everyone at Texas Roadhouse this evening for a wonderful experience. Doren was our waiter who made sure everything was great for us. We never went without attention to our drinks and our meals. I took my three daughters and grandbaby there and I just want to profess how attentive and kind everyone was towards us, especially my gbaby who can get over stimulated with all of the excitement of busy places and loud noises. I also want to thank our dining neighbors for being so patient and nonjudgmental. Yes we had to wait, yes it was super busy, but not once did our waiter not the manger not check on us. We are very patient people and are understanding to great quality service and food. We were surely blessed this evening and I pray that everyone attending us tonight is blessed beyond measure. thank you
I placed an online order at 10:20 for a pick up time at 11:30. I received a text at 11:28 informing me my order was ready for pick up. I arrived at 11:37 and not only was the order not ready, it hadn't even been started. I discovered this while waiting outside in the "to go pick up" line. The man in front of me walked up to the window and said he didn't have an order but asked if he could place an order. The girl told him he could. The man proceeded to get out his phone and place an order for his office. Rather than asking him to either go inside or ask if I had a "to go" order she took his order. I went inside and informed them that I had received a text stating my order was ready at 11:28 and it was paid for. While waiting inside, the line of people to be seated grew. A man next to me asked if anyone is around to seat people. Everyone in line had been standing waiting and nobody was at the hostess desk for several minutes. The girl very rudely informed me they've been very busy and my order isn't quite ready. That was a lie because it hadn't even been started. They made my order then asked me what salad dressings were on the order. She was holding the ticket in her hand. I waited over 20 mins for a to go order. When I got back to the office, my co-worker and I both had tomatoes on our salads when we specifically requested no tomatoes. Very poor service.
