For fast food, this place was great. They have the shoestring fries, which I love. The burgers were flavorful and the shakes weren't half bad either ? will definitely go again.
Ordered from the app, food was ready quick, and was delicious! Plus, the app gets you free stuff like Milkshakes and Burgers. My favorite lunch spot on 3rd shift!
Good food for the most part. Onion rings were good on the outside but the inside they were not so done. Wife's burger was so greedy she had to get a new bun.
Use to be better. The cook still rocks as much as I could tell but if ever they can get back to what they once were just a couple years ago more stars I would give. But hey they are open always and food is cooked as ordered so it's always hot. Half price shakes from 2pm\am-5pm\am are a nice bonus.
They switched to customers ordering and paying from a video screen. Then your number is called to pick up food. They do not have nutritional information on the video menu's, nor did they have them when I asked. Looking up nutritional information online will produce multiple results.The food was typical for Steak & Shake. My steak burger was greesy and the toppings I asked for were missing. I did receive some toppings I did not ask for on the burger. Fries were great but mint chololate milk shake was not very good at all. They overloaded it with something and it was yuck.
As a patron this steak N shake is good food.. as a door dasher..... HELL NO! I had to wait 15 minutes for 1 large order of fries.. tell me how the grill guy managed to make 2 double cheeseburgers and the shake guy managed to make 3 DIFFERENT shakes BEFORE 1 large order of fries?? I recommend as a customer.. I DO NOT recommend as a dasher! Only gave 2 stars because it's pretty clean and the food is good.. but the service is trash!
Big fan of Steak & Shake go as often as I'm around one. But it's been awhile and things have really changed. No more sitting at the counter on a stool. Have to order on a kiosk then they call your number. Food was still good but my bun was fresh or off the fridge.
I actually tried Stake 'n Shake for the first time and it was delicious! Plus it's pretty cheap as well. 5/5
Well, I hadn’t been for a while, upon walking in I see the bar with 50’s style stools were gone, and you now order from a big screen. I did like that it was maybe 250% faster than ever before. But the loss of personality was a big downfall. Take the bad with the good. Plus they don’t have the Portobello mushroom burger anymore which was my favorite thing.
The food is excellent but.... ordered delivery last night and the forgot the grilled cheese sandwich in the order.
