Great staff and great seating - very comfortable chairs and booths! Otherwise, your typical Starbucks food and faire.
I love this Starbucks! :) There is a fun ambiance and the staff is nice. There are plenty of seats and the iced coffee is delicious. I also really enjoy the bagels, almond croissants, and cake pops.
Really good service staff is great. They know how to make my hot ham and cheese croissants perfect.
Fast and great service! They even made a drink for me that is not normally hot and it turned out amazing!
Rarely do I get my order right here anymore. Mainly College kids work here and I don't think they care what they do and make the drinks however they want. I get tired of asking for them to make it correct how I ordered, so I stay away from things I know they can't make well. The hardest thing for most Starbucks employees anywhere I've been, even out of state - is light ice. They'll fill up the entire cup full of ice if you ask for it sometimes. Very rarely is it actually "light". Why? Because no one really looks at the details of how the customer wants it made, just the type of drink and size. Like I've told customer service, I don't think they care how they make it and you have to continue asking them multiple times each visit to make it how you ordered. It would be easier if they had a ice scoop (maybe they do) specifically for how much ice is put in. More ice means less drink to me, and it bothers me because the drinks are costly. If it were a regular restaurant soda drink I wouldn't mind how much ice is in it. It's always been a problem for Starbucks and it will not go away, as a customer for many years now.
Drinks took exceptionally long to make. I ordered a Micha Crumble and Caramel Frap. When I paid with a 100 bill was told we don't take anything larger than a 20. Where is the sign stating this? You are a retail store and you can't break a 100? ?♀️?
Decent coffee for mid afternoon visit, but music is played way too loud in this location to effectively work or carry on a conversation. But biggest gripe is Starbucks refusal to re-stock the condiments bar with milk/creamer and sugars. Just can't wrap my head on why they have stopped this practice. I just drink coffee, so to wait on my drink order so they can put in the sugar and cream is just stupid.
Has never once missed the mark. Constantly fulfilling my needs no matter how complicated. I would drive the 5-10 minutes out of my way to go to this location instead
Same old story. Employees do not listen to your order. It's seems a half can pour over is rocket science. They had plenty of Employees there too. Once a good competitor comes along I will not go back to Starbucks, period!
Everyone is amazing, great work team!!
