Just left with an upset daughter on Valentine’s Day:( First, while waiting a few minutes in line, while hearing 2 employees having a great time with each other in the back room I finally asked the customers in front of me if they had been helped yet. Of course they hadn’t, but they were to shy to say something. I kindly hollered in the back room “Are you all still open?” A lady came out and said yes and started taking orders. Finally we are up and order exactly what we order every time. However this time it was $4 more. For 1 drink!! That’s crazy. She said it was because we asked for no ice. I asked her to cancel and refund and she said she did, but only refunded $1.36 to a gift card:( So no drink and still short $7:( Needless to say I’m glad that I know have a reason to stop buying over priced drinks.
Please get an alternative to soy milk, thanks
Friendly service, great coffee! The baristas were professional and very helpful while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. One of my best Starbucks experiences. :)
Always enjoy a really good cappuccino. Using the Starbucks app and pre ordering . It's ready when you arrive, no need to dig for you wallet.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. It was by far the worst Starbucks I've been too. I ordered a venti size caramel frappuccino with 5 extra pumps of caramel and I was given a grande size with no extra caramel in the cup. Totally not what I ordered so definitely not going back to that location.
