Ordered a venti drink. Got charged for a venti drink. Got handed a grande sized drink and when I pointed out that I had ordered something different, the girl at the window rolled her eyes. I was going to let that slide, but then she asked me if I wanted to keep the wrong drink and when I said no thanks she rolled her eyes again. Definitely could use some customer service training, or at the very least, learn some basic manners.
This Starbucks never gets drinks right there rude & they roll there eyes when you tell them the drink is wrong and to please fix it .
A tall Starbucks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Blended Beverage with whip cream, chocolate drizzle, and cinnamon powder sprinkled on top for the spicy garnish. If food is art, then cheers to a portrait of this frozen mocha masterpiece.Bravo Starbucks, bravo.
this place gives off very chill vibes and the interior is great and a perfect place for studying. I love the big table in the center because it is perfect if you go there with a group. the baristas here are super nice and i asked the barista to just make me anything she likes making and let me tell you, i was not dissapointed. The coffee tasted AMAZING. the only downside is that this location is right next to soul cycle and you can hear the music through the walls but this can only be heard throughout specific times during the days. also.....whoever was closing was a bit rude. i wasnt aware they closed at nine pm and would not have stayed past 8:30 pm if i knew they didnt close at 10. but the person who was closing came up to me was like "just so you know, we close in three minutes" and not in a very nice tone. just made me very uncomfortable, if you need a customer to leave then just say so and dont be so rude about it.
Very very very slow service. Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Could barely hear the names being called out. I asked for LIGHT ice and from the looks of it, they gave me EXTRA ice and wouldn’t remake it for me. Paid $10 for this drink along with a sandwich that was “warmed up” but was cold ????
Slowest service ever. These folks aren’t managed properly. The manager-if he or she exists-should be taken to school and taught the basics.
Put the coffee in the cup. Put the lid on. Simple, right? I hadn’t even tried to take a drink. I was trying to cross my body and put my drink in my cup holder and coffee splashed out from under the lid that was just sitting on the top of my cold brew. Luckily it happened before I tried to drink it and luckily it was a cold drink.
Amazing location to work with your computer and have a great coffee
The employees are so nice here and so welcoming. The drive through is rough at times, however this weekend is where the 3 stars come from. It is my favorite store, but they got my drink wrong on Saturday, it was supposed to be a Trinta but it was a venti. Now today I ordered an iced caramel Macchiato and it was all milk and caramel and MAYBE one shot of espresso. Starbucks is my vice. And If I'm willing to pay that much for a cup of coffee, I would expect it to be perfect. It all depends on who makes my coffee, there are 2 people that always get it right and that's all. When they're off I can tell because the lines are longer, slower and the order is wrong or not made how it's supposed to be. Over all, I love it, I just wish my coffee was made correctly every time. I contacted customer service yesterday and they did excellent on customer service, then I go back today and my order was wrong AGAIN. It's just frustrating.
This place has a nice spacious interior BUT, 2 stars and here’s WHY... So I walked in here not long ago hoping to have some coffee and make some important calls for my wedding planning but boy was I wrong... I rarely complain unless it’s necessary. So I was hoping to get some much needed details taken care of, and while I knew others would be chatting around me and music would be playing/ the usual noise of a coffee shop, this place specifically BLASTS their music. I’m not hard of hearing and love music turned up, but not when I go to a decent coffee shop to get some work done and make some calls. I’ve been to MANY coffee shops and I’ve never had that issue. I asked the girl behind the counter if she could please turn the music way down and she looked at me like are you serious? Then, when it was turned down it still was too loud... This was NOT a relaxing and hardly productive afternoon. I wasn’t even under a speaker and had to plug my other ear just to hear my phone conversation. Had I not already set all my stuff up I would’ve left... The staff was nice but, I think they need someone customer focused there at all times for supervision instead of jamming through their day at the expense of their customers typically there to get things done or meet with others... NOT suggested for studying or work.
