I love how I can visit any Starbucks any where and always get the same quality drink!
A little hard to find the handicap parking space as it was around the other side from where you drive in. There weren't any steps to climb so it was easy to get inside and order, use the restroom. Friendly staff. They helped my daughter by making her a new drink that she ended up liking. I had my usual latte and enjoyed the paper cup cover being back to shield my hand as it was very hot.My only thought about this one was that it was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of if you want to go inside because there was only one lane used by the drive thru that I needed to use to exit so I had to wait while the drive up people ordered before I could pull out.
My drink was not correct from the drive thru and I noticed when I got to work it was wrong. When I called I was told it couldn’t be fixed over the phone so I had to come back in. I drove back and got my drink fixed but nothing beyond that was done. Gas isn’t cheap and I feel like something more should have been done.
extremely friendly staff !! the blonde working drive thru had a nice convo with me while waited because of some technical issues. everyone there is clearly trying their best and the sweetest! will be back
This place is fine if you go to the drive thru but lil sis at the counter must have been fed up before noon today?. So, I went inside and ordered a grande tea, and the blonde-haired (two ponytails) cashier decided to be passive aggressive with me, because I paid with cash and she had to count out my change. So babygirl gave me the wrong cup size, then spelled my name completely wrong after I spelled it out correctly for her? then she decided to whisper that my order in was ready. No ma'am ? God may not be through with you but I am.
Now listen I love coffee and most of the time I love Starbucks but that being said this is probably the rudest starbucks I've ever been to. I understand this is in a busy location but I'm just as busy as you are. Not very nice starbucks.
I dropped my beverage RIGHT as I got outside the door. When I came inside fully expecting to have to buy it again, the girl points at me, yells "I got you bro!! I saw everything and that sucks. Hang tight!"And it was the nicest, most wholesome experience in a Starbucks that I've had in awhile
Yikes...the prices at the register are more than the prices listed on items in the case, and they don't honor the store-listed lower price. The employees are generally nice...that's why I'm not giving 1 star.
This parking lot is ridiculous! If you park and go in, good luck getting your car out. Whoever designed this parking lot needs to go back and learn engineering design. It's a complete disaster.
2 out of 10 times they will make your drink right and you better plan to wait over an hour for a drink. They are super disorganized
