I've never had a bad cup of Starbucks ?
Starbucks inside Kroger is not the same standard as stand alone Starbucks' stores. The "baristas" are just Kroger employees and aren't fluent in the menu or the terms used when ordering as actual Starbucks employees, they're slower at making drinks, and just the other day they were closed unexpectedly because the espresso machine was down. I avoid Starbucks in Kroger as much as I can (especially this location). However, the Richmond Rd Starbucks location is under renovation, so this is the only option that is close to where I travel. Hopefully Richmond rd Starbucks opens back up soon.

They always mess my orders up and have carry out on the app but always lock the doors so you can’t get your order and always shut down early I’ve been there in the morning then come back one time at 4:30 and it was closed I hate this location?
I love this store, however, the inconsistencies with the store hours are bothersome. Posted time in the window (day prior) showed 8pm. App shows 8pm. The drive thru sign at 730p says closed. As a nightshift worker I depend on this cup of joe to carry me through the night.
Staff is rude and they are frequently out of at half their menu.
Best place to eat Chocolate Brownies lol... and Vanilla Latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top of it lo
