I got my free birthday drink today, which was supposed to be a creme caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, but it had coffee in it. My daughter picked it up for me, so I didn't know until she brought it home & I took a couple of sips. This is not the first time this has happened to me, which is why I rarely visit Starbucks anymore. I am sensitive to caffeine & it causes me bad anxiety, so I guess I just won't be able to chance it with this place anymore.
I frequent , the Richmond rd location in Lexington Ky and it is always a pleasure to interact with the staff, however as of late the drinks have been a little inconsistent , but they are always willing as far as I’ve seen to change them out if you have a issue , so I definitely recommend
Huge showroom, but they had no beautiful classic Traditional furniture.
Frequently closed without notice in advance. Drive thru is better than on the past, but continually gets backed up into a gridlock. No indoor seating.
Gave my order at the drive thru the girl repeated my order to me. Paid, waited a couple of minutes, when handed my drinks one was incorrect size. I was only charged for what I received so I left only to find out the white chocolate mocha was actually just a vanilla latte. It also wasn't drinkable. Just nasty tasting. Cup labeled as what I ordered. Disappointed.
Long line but went very quickly. Very friendly staff.
Drive-thru Line was long but moved pretty quickly. Good service and food was good.
Starbucks coffee is always good. I also love their hot chocolate's, even their bottle of water is cold and taste very good. Ethos water, you guys must try. Thank you.
The drive through was packed, wrapped around the building at 1pm… but walked inside and had my drink in 3 mins. Register and Barista were both nice and no issues with my drink (got the shaken brown sugar espresso).
There's always a line wrapping around the building, BUT it moves fast. You spend about 10 mins in total.I've gotten great service, a couple of cold sandwiches that should be hot ? but aside from those couple of times, great location.
