Went through the drive thru Easter Sunday and the young looking brunette at the window was so polite, however, we purchased a gift card and put $20 on it. Nothing crazy but the girl scanned their display card and handed us a different one, so the card we have is inactive and we were not given a receipt. I’ve talked with the store and corporate and nobody will make it right. I’ve politely explained what may have happened and they couldn’t care less. We will definitely be contacting the BBB. I would never recommend this store.
Starbucks is mostly always what you expect, a nicely maintained haunt for decent coffee for somewhat decent prices, it is only differentiated by the service and employees you encounter at any given one. In this case , Zach . Awesome customer service, he should be promoted.. to CEO.
I’m not sure why this place has such a high rating, it’s probably one or the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I get a mobile order it’s always melted or tastes horrible since it takes a lifetime to get through the drive thru, when I asked them to make sure it’s not melted she basically said it’s my fault that I wasn’t here fast enough, even though I was here before the time given but had to wait in line for over 15 minutes. They also have the worst location I’ve ever seen (not their fault at all just super annoying).
Great service, and surprisingly fast for how busy they were. The barista was super nice and helpful.

Excellent staff! Following COVID protocol. Store was clean to the tee, extremely fast service, kindest staff, could not have asked for better customer service! Starbucks should be so proud!
It would e nice to know before you weave around obscure traffic patterns, that there is no indoor dining here.
Took my daughter on sat afternoon because she loves starbucks, ordered her stuff and had it repeated back!! drive thur guy was super nice...awesome! But once again for the 5th time in a month they messed the order up and you cannot go into the store, so once you pull out you are done unless you want to go back and wait in another long line! So my daughter once again didnt get what she wanted all because of whoever that cannot seem to make a order right! Im very very disappointed with this problem, have lost 25$ just trying to get what i ordered?????????????
I ordered an espresso frappuccino and this is what they gave me. It tastes like milk and nothing else. Also didn't give me a straw so wasn't able to drink it until I got home.
