How is this Starbucks even still open? I don't need the employees to engage with me or be dressed professionally but I'd like to be able to actually order something. They're consistently out of pretty much every food option available and most drink ingredients. How you'll be able to pay changes every time you walk through the door, with them only accepting cash one day and then only card the next. Horribly mismanaged and waste of time to visit.
On a slow time in the store, the people move even slower. They miss getting food and drinks for customers. Food safety is non-existent here. I wouldn’t stop here ever again.
Consistently gets my orders wrong. Employees apathetic.
Fast, friendly service! Great location!
This has been the best Starbucks that I've ever walked in. Friendly staff, clean environment, and timely service.
This was a nice Starbucks when they opened but has gone downhill. The staff is very unkempt and when the girl even pointed out my sandwich order , they still got it wrong.
The woman who took my order was amazing. She was sweet and a delightful person.
Let Me Start By Saying Before I Had Noticed The Gnats In My Drink That I Had Taken A Sip & Placed My Drink Back Down For A Brief Moment. Never Have I Ever Seen Multiple Bugs Fly Into A Drink At Once But I Guess There’s A First Time For Everything. I Am BEYOND Disgusted & Should Have Known Better After Finding Out They Were Storing Milk And Food In The Bathroom Between The End Of October & Before Thanksgiving.
Awesome staff and manager and the apple cider cappuccino I think was the name of it was delicious ?
By far the worst Starbucks location in Lexington. I ordered a tall Honey Citrus Mint tea and received, in a grande cup, peach and mint tea, no steamed lemonade, barely any honey. The honey that was given was coating the outside of the cup. Incredibly disappointing. This starbucks location in particular frequently misses the mark. They are frequently out of cold brew, and consistently get drinks wrong or don't know how to make a decent substitution when they are (inevitably) out of something. They are also frequently out of the appropriately sized cups and don't make good suggestions or alterations for those issues either. They are consistently a sub par store, and it has become a game of "Starbucks roulette" whenever I decide to go to this particular location.
