Not only is the food disgusting 99% of the time, service is trash. Sat parked for over 30 minutes trying to JUST order. Decided since they weren't even going to make an effort to take my order, to hop in line. Hopped in lime, waited another 45 minutes. And no, it wasn't busy. No one wanted to do their job. Not only that, a woman was smoking and then went inside, didn't wash her hands, and continued preparing food. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend eating here. It's a waste of gas and a waste of time. Have better luck going to McDonald's and ordering 20 separate times. Might even get the food faster too. Severely understaffed as well. Attitudes are always garbage, too. Don't like your job, get a new one. ?♀️
The customer service is abysmal. Took over an hour to get our food after we placed our order, and even then half of it was missing and the other half was wrong. Had to flag down a worker for nearly 10 minutes before we could get the rest of the food we paid for. Everything was barely lukewarm, our drinks were heavily watered down. Highly disappointed in this Sonic. You should go to the one in Winchester instead; at least they know customer service there.
Tried to get 2 orders at the drive threw and they told us we couldn’t, and to pull forward to one of the stations. The entire reason we went through the drive through in the first place was because we had a trailer on the back. We went back through the drive through for our second order and they ask us to wait. There was one straw, spoon, and fork between us despite both of our meals requiring all three. There was no sauce provided. The food was very expensive for the amount received compared to other fast food restaurants. The food was very tasty, I will not be back.
The food didn't taste fresh, my burger was cold to the touch. My cherry flavor was missing from drink, my large fries came in small bag and it was half filled. Had them take it back, they brought back a half filled bag.The app allows tipping before you get food, I suggest allowing tipping after service because this was terrible. The staff is nice.
The sonic off Richmond rd was amazing it catered to our every need the drive thru young lady was very nice our food was hot and our drinks were really good and she made sure we got our orders right by repeating them to us , i hope this sonic restaurant never closes the ice cream there is so great keep up the good work
Worst sonic I have ever been too. I have waited in line for about 30-60 minutes before and every time our order is either wrong or cold. All of the staff members were sitting outside when we finally got out of the drive through line after 30 minutes of waiting at the front of the line. Terrible service.
We visited about 9:30 tonight for coneys and tots. The dog sauce is so much better than it was when I lived on this side of town! Actual thick chili on there. Tots were bangin' too. Crispy outside, soft inside instead of tiny crunchy grease balls. Frankly I don't eat at Sonic any more. Prices going up, quality down, still paying people less than their value. This meal was nice. I was dreading it costing me 20 bucks for something I can do better at home for less than 5.
Not sure of the guys name but the older gentlemen that works here in the morning is extremely rude and ill mannered. If it wasnt for that I would give this place a 4 or 5 star review but 2 of the 3 times I've been here I got a very rude and bad attitude from him for absolutely no reason at all other than I came here to get stuff.
The sonic on Richmond Rd in Lexington KY is awful. The food wasn't fresh at all. Tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp forever, they messed my order up, there was food missing that I paid for and we had to wait almost 20 mins to even order. I called to try and let them know and they don't ever answer the phone. I called everyday morning and night for 5 days never once did they answer
Try the new garlic bacon cheeseburger. Lol pretty low effort even for sonic
