Food was great for what it was. Still a fat food restaurant, but a higher quality I expect. Order was correct, and all did was hot and tasty. Can't ask for much more!
We were in the area and it’s 94 degrees. I said a shake sounds good I’ve never been to Shake Shack. So strawberry shake it is. I don’t recommend it was just a blah thick shake with no strawberries. What a bummer. Add strawberries and my rating would improve.

Great food! When we went the women's restroom was closed without reopening. While it wasn't something we needed other customers were very upset by it and left.
I love shake shack, I go every single Friday. It's my treat to myself.Today when I went, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and was rung up a strawberry milkshake. When my order came out I asked what he was hadning me and he picked up the bad, looked at the receipt, shows me the receipt and rudly says "starberry milkshake". I told him I had ordered a lemonade so he throws back down the milkshake, fills up a small lemonade, not even all the way full , and tosses it down in front of me. Then he took back the milkshake and walked away so I did not even get to keep the expensive drink I paid for. No one apologzed or offered to refund the difference or if I wanted fries or anything. It's not like I need the $4, but it would have been nice to have been offered something. I basically paid $4 for rude service. I am very dispointed.
Payed a lil over 40.00 usd for 2 burgers, 1 hotdog, fries with bacon and cheese, a shake, and 6 chicken bites or whatever they are called. The fries reminded me of walmart great value fries with melted cheese and bacon pieces. The hotdog like any other split down the middle and grilled. The mushroom on 1 burger was better than the actual meat. The veggie burger is bland in my opinion. The shake was really tasty besides the straw clogging nearly every attempt of use.The chicken tasted nice but could be more tender. I'll pass on another visit. I'll stick to 5 guys for my place to get a burger when I'm in town.
I ordered a double shack burger fries which were small and a large tea. It was $17. That's all I ordered. And the food wasn't even as good as steak and shake. So disappointing
The thiccccccc milkshakes here are just delicious and the veggie burgers are a great alternative to greasy meat patties! If i wanted to die happy from a heart blockage I'd come here and get their biggest burger happily! 0 out of 10 deportations!
This place is amazing and incredible for its size I would recommend their fries and the cookies and cream shake for coming for the first time.Not a lot of people work here and you only have to wait two minutes for your food and all in one trip as well as the quality I definitely recommend going here.
