The food was very good and the prices are excellent. The service was not good at all. She acted like she didn't want to do her job. She barely and begrudgingly brought us our requests. She had just gotten there but we had to go find her to pay the bill. She didn't clear our used dishes. I They were not busy at all. I expected better. There's 10 steps to the server process. She barely made 5.
Food was good, I had ham and Swiss sub with onion feathers. Really good meal. Restaurant was clean, had to wait to be seated longer than necessary. Our sever was covering several tables but she was still attentive to us. Had a couple tables of younger kids show up, and it started to get loud, which was ok because we were leaving. I would go back.
Good food, but constantly leave out a lot of your orders whether in takeout or door dash. With how much it’s gone up I would expect better service. I understand being busy but I have gotten one complete order from Roosters in 3 years. Fulfilling an order correctly shouldn’t be an issue. If you go here make sure to double check your items bc they always leave things out regardless of when you go.
Kenzie was the best server! Consistently checked to make sure we had everything we needed, food was done right, and great attitude! Thanks for listening to my fathers “rap”!
The biggest star is Tierra (spelling?) We had a large group, that is a HANDFULL 2 nights in a row from out of town and she was so fun! Food is good, VERY nicely priced and a nice patio. She is a really great server.
This is my go-to place. Ice cold beer and best wings in town! The sauces are excellent, I prefer the Donk! Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing that we try to buy a jar each time we are there. I have tried the one in Georgetown and on Richmond road, both do not compare to this one. Absolutely love this place.
My wife and I stopped by there this past Sunday (Apr 2). We visited there on at at around 11 a.m. It was a good time to go, because there was not a huge crowd. As a matter of fact, for our age group (60s), it was a good time to stop by. There was quite a few people there, but it was not really crowded. We placed a takeout order. The young lady that greeted us was very friendly and helpful in helping us decide on what we would like. We placed a fairly large order, because we thought we would graze on the food for more than one day. We sat at the bar to while our order was being filled. Great environment. People were friendly. Great music. We ordered three chicken sandwiches, dumpster fries, and a fish sandwich. All were quite delicious. Each one of the chicken sandwiches was different. But all were very tasty. The fish very good. The bread on the fish was slightly sweet, the tarter sauce excellent. We are definitely going back for seconds. It's worth the try. My understanding is later in the day it gets quite crowded.
This place is fantastic!! The wings are much bigger than you get anywhere else! We were able to mix sauce flavors to get the flavor we like. The sub sandwich was really tasty! The waiter was friendly and helpful. We will be back...soon!!
Usually have great service and seated quickly. We had a party of 10. Not sure what happened but seating parties of 5 and 4 and passed us without asking if we wanted to be seated separately. People waiting for take out orders that were missing parts of the order and then wait over an hour for the missing food. Other orders coming out for those that waited less than 10 min. Usually try not to complain but very poorly ran tonight. Not wanting free food but just surprised at the service. And it wasn't short staffing, it was poor planning.
Fresh, piping hot, flavor packed food! Prices are UNBEATABLE! Drinks to quench any thirst! BEST. CHICKEN. TENDERS. EVER! Chicken tenders the size of your hand! The most tender tenders! I could go on & on but bottom line is just check this place out! A place for everyone!
