My wife and I love going to this location. The food is great and the service is great too. We have never had an issue with our orders and they keep the cheddar bay biscuits coming...Cannot have too many of those!
Took my parents here to eat on their anniversary. They took everyone’s order and everyone’s food came out but mine. My mom wanted to say something and I said no. It’s probably just taken a little longer. So finally after some times, I inquiry about my food and she said I didn’t order anything. I said my parents heard me order snd the people at the table next to me heard me order and she said oh no you didn’t. We were all wrong but her. So I ask for the check to pay and my dad had already tipped her 15 dollars ahead of time. So, the next thing we know the manager comes over to blast me for making the waitress cry because I questioned where my food was that I ordered. Wow. Would give it zero stars if I could and this is my second bad experience here. Last time I got food poisoned on oysters. Beware.
Probably the worst place I’ve ever eaten. Service is horrible. I took my parents here for their anniversary. And needless to say not only was Casey a horrible waitress but management did not side with the customer. I never got the food I ordered.
My wife and I had dinner here tonight for the first time in over 10 years. Aqoia (not sure of spelling) was our waiter. He was phenomenal. Can’t thank him enough for his kindness and attentiveness. Polite and just a pleasure. I had the all you can eat shrimp, fantastic. Wife had steak and mashed potatoes. Steak was a little on the salty side but no big deal. We will definitely return. Keep up the good work!
We just celebrated Mother’s Day with dinner at the Hamburg mall area location. We were set immediately. Seating was clean and nice. Our server Cody was there immediately and we could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Cody! Food servings were great as well.
Really need to train their servers better. I like red lobster as a rule. Don't mind the 30 plus minute drive to get there. But this particular night it was off. Server took about 10 minutes to come to our table.( It was not busy). Then she brought our drinks but never offered a refill. Someone else brought our food out so whatever she was doing she continued because she never came to check on us at all. Only to bring us our. Check. Now that said, I will wait awhile to return and hopefully they can fix these issues.
First time I’ve ever eaten here. The place was delicious and we ordered one plate that fed two people. It’s decent food. I spent over 100 dollars cause I had to feed five damn kids. The service was nice.
Customer service excellent. Great delicious well seasoned food served. Very excellent waiter service. Didn’t wait a long time for food to be served! Enjoyed!!
We ate at this location earlier this week and our waiter Brian Edwards was the best!!! He peeled my crab legs for me! Very pleasant young man that went above and beyond!
Great food and service!! Actually had 1 of my favorite dishes Oyster Rockefeller I was so happy to see it on the menu!!
