I have always loved Puccini’s, and would recommend the food, it’s delicious. We have eaten there so many times, But our server yesterday had something against my son who is three with trisomy 21. First time since his birth I feel like we were discriminated against. I know I have more of this to come in the future, but it’s pure ignorance, and they should be called out on it.

Great value with pasta dishes $12-15 including a great salad and garlic bread. Good food and excellent service

I know you were busy but when I ordered 2 zas to go, one of which w3a small bill, HOLD THE SAUSAGE, add mushrooms and jalapeño, AND "Kyle" REPEATED it back to me, that I didn't have to open the box in the restaurant to make sure that someone did their job. What a fool you made of me! Now I am looking at a STOCK bill at home that I want to throw in the back yard and never return there.Do you feel like delivering me the correct replacement that was REPEATED BACK TO ME in the first place?Diners, don't put yourself in the position that I did by trusting that puccini's will get it right or YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Did not receive two of the meals we ordered. The waitress kept making excuses and told us that the kitchen often forgets to take care of the people eating in the restaurant because they are so focused on door dash orders. She brought us our check trying to charge us for the food we didn’t receive, then would not bring us our change. We left because she would not come out from the back. Several staff members were there and none of them seemed concerned. The two that did talk to us just kept going on about how they didn’t want us to be mad at them. We explained we just wanted to leave. Word of advice to the managers: train your staff to own their mistakes and go above and beyond to make things right with customers who don’t receive their food. The most unprofessional and awful dining staff I’ve ever come across. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very good pizza and salads. House made dressings are very flavorful! Large pizza menu among other options. If we were local it would be a regular place we go! Our server Gunner was very helpful also! Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

We get pizza for the whole family crew on all 3 kids' birthdays. It never disappoints. The pizza is the best-so cheesy. The only complaint is spotty delivery. It doesn't cover every area on their delivery map and last time they just didn't have a driver at Boston Rd so we went to Chevy Chase for pickup.

Amazing pizza, great prices, nice staff. It's not the most updated inside but it's got hometown feel that just makes you feel cozy and welcome. Pizzas are phenomenal!

If you have never tried this place you need to and try the pasta offerings . The pizza is excellent as well . But we have had some of the best pasta dishes in Kentucky here and the servers are always very friendly . Always a great experience and it is reasonably priced .

Top notch experience. Waitress was very helpful. Not too pricey, excellent pizza and pasta. I had their slice of the day(BBQ chicken) and their chicken fettuccine Alfredo and for am appetizer I had pepperoni bread. All were excellent. Would recommend.

The food was great but the service not so much. We ordered the chicken tostino and spinach artichoke dip to go because we were eating at some nearby tables. The girl who took our order was really polite and accommodating, however the guy that bagged our food didn't put any plastic ware or napkins in the bag. When we sat down to eat I realized we didn't have any utensils and went back in to get them. I asked the girl and she gave them to me and I thought to ask for bread sticks as well because I realized that those were also not in the bag. When I did a guy, obviously the manager, chimed in that I had ordered of the 'hold the carbs' menu and that it didn't come with. Bread sticks and just kinda gave me some attitude about it. Bear in mind that I also ordered the dip which includes plenty of bread so I'm not following his logic. Was ordering the tostino because it sounded good not because it didn't have any carbs, regardless it should not be an issue for any restaurant to give bread to a paying customer when it's the lowest overhead item in the establishment. Orders normally come with bread sticks here and to make matters worse I had already tipped when I paid, $5 on a $22 order, and don't feel like I got the service that I paid for.
