This place was my favorite place to eat as a kid. Yet it is clearly evident that the service has declined tremendously. Today I attempted to call ahead and order a small pizza. I was placed on what was said to be a “brief hold”. After 10 minutes I decided to call again. Was placed on hold for another 10 minutes. Figured they must be packed and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I walk in while my phone is still on hold and see that it is about 75% empty. The person at the desk is sweeping while I am still on hold. Once again I give them the benefit of the doubt and figure they must have simply forgotten I was on hold, (twice). Order an 8 inch pizza, am told it would take about 15 minutes. Ask about it 20 minutes later. Told it’ll be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I am told that they are making it now by another employee. Yet 5 minutes after that I hear the guy in the back say he just put my order into the oven. Ended up waiting there for almost 45 minutes for an 8 inch pizza. And it was 9 bucks. Food is great, but poor service seems to be the norm here now.
The food was great. Otherwise this was one of the worst places ive been. Came in to 6 tables, the others were dirty and unattended, floor has been like this the entire 35 min we waited for a lg pizza and a calzone. When we got here and seated we waited 16 min before asking our drink order or given menus. The waiter said they were talking about schedules n that was the delay. Though you very rarely saw him afterwards. Hes hidden in back most of the time weve been here talking. When we got our pizza it was the most uncut pizza ive ever had. Its so much work to get a slice cut with the pizza spatula that i dont think they even attempted to cut past the cheese. Would NOT recommend eating here. If you do, order take out cause the service is whats gonna ruin this restraunt not the food.
Anita the server was awesome!!! She ran the whole floor by herself and did an amazing job of keeping up with the needs of the customers. The pepperoni bread appetizer and ultimate warrior pizza was simply delicious. This place is worth a visit. You will not be disappointed!!!
Friday evening dinner was really good! We had excellent dine-in service and our order was quickly prepared; calzone and specialty pizza.
Incredible service and even better pizza. As Portnoy would say “one bite every one knows the rules, I’d give this pizza a 8.3. ??
Tried the Shrimp Santori pizza & wow! It was delicious. I like to try new flavors & this pizza did not disappoint. We will be back! ???
The portions are big and the service is great.
If you want the best Calzone ever, this is the place. Make sure you add ricotta cheese, that makes all the difference. They have great tasting pizza and a great lunch special. We did take out this time for eating later at dinner but eat in is great too.
Ordered to go here last night. Generous portions, very friendly staff (they appeared to be slammed even), and it was ready on time. I ordered the rosemary cream chicken and it was all absolutely delicious. Will return
This place is good when it’s open. Specifically, we have called to place an order only to be told they are closed. Their web site says open til 10:00 pm, called at 9:00p and they say they are closed. It is not the first time this has happened. If I call during the week and their site says 8pm, call at 7p and they say they are closed. All I ask is either update your website hours or stay open as long as your hours say you are. Thank you
