Popeyes can typically win me over regardless of the food or service... But on this occasion they failed when it came to food. Only the drive thru was open, not a big deal, but when I wait in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes only to be told they're out of everything... Not okay. When I approached the drive thru ordering speaker I was informed that if I wanted chicken it was only going to be the nuggets and all that they had was 20. I had literally just waited in this line 30 minutes already, so I said okay, I guess I'm getting 20 nuggets. The young ladies at the window were amazing and the sweetest girls... We talked bracelets ?So, I'm sorry ladies but your bright personalities almost won me over but with cold nuggets and the wrong sauces the night just wasn't going to end in your favor.
I was there yesterday around 1 or so and it was my worse experience the girl doing drive-thru was so disrespectful I ordered two meals chicken nuggets with two extra biscuits and a 3 piece chicken combo 2thighs , 1leg and two extra biscuits and an apple ? cinnamon pie and she ended up messing up my meal I got a 2piece meal, she forgot the extra biscuits, the pie and my drink so when I ask for my stuff that I paid for and was on my receipt she got very rude slam the window closed and told the cook do you have any pies ready so I can get her out of here, I didn't say anything thing to her I bit my tongue, I not the one that forgot to put everything in the order us as customer's pay for you to have a paycheck. My opinion she doesn't need to work in the drive-through
Lousy service I left and will not be back. I walked in front door to counter the girl yell drive thru only. I say the doors are open and I see 4 different tables with people sitting and eating. The girl yells drive thru only those people got here before counter person went on break. So I guess if the cook goes on break they only serve drinks. I know it was lousy service and short staff's or not you don't yell at customers. I feel discriminated against since other customers was served in the lobby and I didn't want to eat in my car it's 94 out today wanted to eat my meal comfortably
The manager gave us coupons to help us pay for our food. Thank you! Workers here got good southern hospitality☺️
The best soul food you’ll get your hands on. My favorite Dish is the spicy strips with mashed potatoes and gravy, Red beans and rice with a biscuit. Always fresh always delicious!
The front staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. They are a great group of people who work there!! And no, I don't know any of them personally
Stopped yesterday for lunch. Noticed the upbeat attitude over the speaker which is rare nowadays. Got to the window and watch the gentleman on action. Very professional and efficient. Rick I think. If he wasn't management he should be.
This location needs new management. Literally waited in their drive thru for 30 minutes only to pull up to the window and was told to pull up to a parking spot and they’d bring my food out. Another 10 minutes goes by and the lady brings out my food and it was not all there. So I go in and and there’s a lady on the front register texting on her phone and I got hella attitude because they forgot my food. Great food as always but horrible management and service. Definitely needs attention.
Awesome service and also great tasting food! This was my husband and my first time through the drive through, when we got to the window I wasn’t sure what I ordered. Singleton was so nice and kind. Kineshia was great taking the order - I am sorry if I misspelled their names. They went over and above. In these weird times it is so nice to see a smiling face and to see people who are nice to customers. Thank you Singleton & Kineshia for all you do! Thank you for the help with the menu and thank you for the red beans and rice.
I normally love Popeyes, but this location is just awful. I've been 5 or 6 times and every time it is such a let down. The employees are rude and they rush you while you're ordering and tonight the employees were arguing with each other and we had to wait for them to finish to get our food. My chicken tenders taste like they're freezer burnt. They're tough and gross. I give a one star for the biscuit and mashed potatoes.
