Sandwiches are good but it cost my son and I $30 to have 2 regular subs and 1 large fry. No drinks just water. Pricing has gotten ridiculous at Penn Station, can go to a sit down place for the same price as this fast food sandwich shop. Out of touch value wise. Nearly $7 alone for fries,you can buy a #20 bag of potatoes for the same price. Get some common sense back to menu prices
I love Penn Station but never go to this store. I ordered lunch for office and had them read order back to me. When we got order every sandwich was incorrect. I call to ask for manager, Spencer. He starts arguing with me and called me buddy. Then proceeds to ask me to come in and fight. Worst experience ever. Will never go back!!!! So unprofessional.
I ordered for takeout and whoever I spoke with on the phone was so rude!!! I was asking what choices of sandwiches did they have and she was rushing everything I was ordering. She had an attitude about what I didn’t want, or want on my sandwich. Sounded very miserable the entire time. Will not be eating anything from this location again. This location used to be very good with customer service. Very disappointed.
Slow, slow, and more slow. Have been several times and takes forever. Even tried calling ahead just to be put on hold. Come on y'all are young and capable of moving a little faster.
Today my husband ordered to subs 6 inches if that.They do not follow instructions. I texted him what I wanted on the sub and Tabatha on north Broadway read the text and she had tomatoes, she did not have jalapeno peppers, I asked for help peppers and got bana peppers. I called the manager instead of being empathetic to me and apologize he spoke up for his employe who either can't read or just does not follow instructions. Their subway bread is small and their food is God awful. Don't waist your money there.
Waited a long time for food and was charged for chips and cookies when I said no to them but all that is just circumstantial. Not a single employe had a hair net on and only a couple were wearing gloves

The food was cool but the young lady who was the cashier. Had a serious attitude and not good customer service at all. So I ask my 12 yr old daughter was it me and even she said she had a attitude...I want be returning!!!!????
Foods good but they dont listening ever well, I told them what I wanted on my sandwich and I said definitely NO banana peppers and then I had to pick 10 banana peppers off my husband sandwich.
Ordered online for easy pickup. Food was good staff was great!
