This is the best Penn Station I have ever been to. Absolutely amazing service, clean, spacious, and plenty of parking.
Fries need work. Topping portions aren’t consistent. Honestly don’t expect much of you go here.

Ordered and paid for extra Corned beef on a Rueben. Didn't even get enough for a sandwich.My dogwood was the same way. Cheap skates, even though you pay extra.

Not good. Artichokes are little slivers of leather. Skimpy on mushrooms and onions.Extra sauce = No sauce.Over-priced "squeezed" fresh lemonadetastes like one lemon in a gallon of water.

My family has frequently eaten here since it opened a few years ago. The food is great but honestly the service has always been subpar and slow to the point my kids joke about it. We had lunch here today and it was the best service we’ve ever had. The food came out quickly and they even ran it to our table. I did not get a name but the taller black gentleman was obviously the difference. I don’t know if you guys are under new management but I wanted to make sure you know your customers appreciate the change. Keep it up!
Good, if somewhat overpiced, selection of hot subs. The fries are tasty.
