Several flies in the dining area, one of our orders came out wrong. Coffee was pretty weak and watery when we went. The actual food was good and the servers were nice.
I came through drive thru ordered a salad. The worst iceberg lettuce I have ever seen. Only thing good about this salad was the Parmesan cheese on the chicken.. wish I would have went to Wendy's for a salad! 11 bucks down the drain!!
Really, Panera? Half of my salad was a rock hard lettuce core. You can't tell me NOBODY noticed that.
Y'all, a girl literally ran my food out to me in the pick up spots. I had been waiting for 2 minutes. 15 minutes later, my food is still warm. Most reliable, hard-working Panera I've ever seen. Love you Palomar Panera.
Do not visit the Palomar location in Lexington!! We have attempted to order from there 4 times and every single time they screw up the order! They leave out some of our food or give us the wrong stuff. We've called and we're told they can't issue a refund for the missing items but they'll send us vouchers for free meals to replace the ones we didn't receive. We never get the vouchers. We called today to ask that our order be double checked and we were told that it absolutely would be double checked personally by the person on the phone. We were missing a sandwich again. The receipt was marked as though the order was checked (like it always is) but apparently they have their eyes closed while checking every single time. We will not be returning.
Enjoyed the breakfast wraps. Staff was so polite and helpful. Coffee and iced tea was great. And of course I had to get a loaf of sour dough bread...
The soups came out luke warm. When asked if there was a way to get them heated up we were told we could microwave them ourselves, but since we were dining in, there were no microwaves available.
I ordered a pepperoni flatbread pizza with extra sauce. It looked like someone just poured sauce all over this. It doesn’t even look appealing. There is sauce even in the box. Very disgusted by the quality that they would send out and think that it is exceptable. This is my last order from them. It’s not the first time they messed up my order. I had to take a picture of the product just to show how nasty it was.
