Lettuce on my salad was terrible, huge chunks, burned, old, frozen. Guys in kitchen must check this before serving.
I was going to take a picture of how extremely filthy the floors behind the counters were, but I didn’t want to be obvious. Papers, trash, food, garbage… I have NEVER seen a Panera so dirty anywhere in the country! My daughter and I almost walked away, but we had already paid. I’ll never make that mistake again. I know good help is hard to find, but that was ridiculous. I know prices are going up and portions are going down, but I spent 8 frickin dollars for a small round piece of bread with maybe 2/3 of a cup of macaroni and cheese. My sandwich looked like they started to put meat on it and forgot to finish it. I wanted a muffin, but 3.50 for a regular sized muffin. I can’t imagine this place doing any business at all! I bet their days are numbered.
I had - single-handedly - the worst drink I have ever had from an establishment ever from here - a strawberry and banana smoothie.I don’t want to undersell this - it was truly horrific and embarrassing. I had one sip of it once I got in my car and immediately regretted already leaving the restaurant. If I could leave 0 stars - I would.
My daughter was waiting in line for food and when it was her turn an older man stepped in front of her and began ordering. The cashier, an older woman with her hair in a ponytail and glasses just stood and watched the whole this happen and didn’t say a word. She just took the man’s order like it was fine. My daughter left without a purchase and I happily took her somewhere that protects and respects women! My family will not be returning and I advice that you do not allow your children here if you are not with them. This is NOT a family-friendly environment.
The delivery option as everyone has stated is not great! I wish I had read this earlier. I didn’t think to read the reviews since I have used the delivery service before at the same address without issue, but I did happen to be going into the lobby when the last order was being delivered. However that was not the case this time. Not only did the drive not follow any instructions I requested which was notify me when in lobby but if they did come at all they did not deliver my order! I asked our receptionist on the first and third floor and neither had even seen a delivery person. Reporting the issue was easy (hence the two stars) but when I went to place the order with the credit from the resolution, they tried to still charge me a fee to order!! And it was after the breakfast time so I couldn’t even reorder what I wanted. This is just sorry service. And I know plenty of places that use doordash as their delivery without issues! Now I have to drive to the restaurant to use this “credit” that was given for the “inconvenience”, real convenient!
Third time I’ve ordered curb side pick up and have ended up having to go in and get it myself after waiting 20 minutes after the order said it was ready... Why offer curbside if you aren’t going to bring it out? You all really should be occasionally looking outside to see if people are waiting and if the check In didn’t go through (like I was told once before) you should be going to ask the customer what they are waiting on. That is just good customer service which this Panera seems to be lacking…
If you want to pastries, go straight to Panerabread, they have many and different delicious types of pastries...

I have been to many Panera Bread locations across the country from Maine to LA, i must attest that every location has its uniqueness.Having said that, this location is awesome, great staffs, great food and neat restroom.
Great Panera! Clean, friendly crew, and that great Panera menu. I particularly enjoy the Light Roast coffee. It has a great taste!
