We used to go to P.F. Chang’s all the time. Now I know why we stopped. We sat for 20 minutes without anyone offering to get us a drink, even water. The service was extremely slow and not very good. We used to live going here but now I’m not sure we will go back.

Excellent food. Great portion size! My wife and I split one entree and there was more than enough food to satisfy us. Our waitress, Riley, was prompt with drink refills and very pleasant to talk to.

This is one of the few chain restaurants we really like. One of my family members has serious food allergies, carry an epi-pen serious. So, eating out can be very risky. She has never had a reaction after eating at any PF Chang's. The food and service are always good, and the restaurants are always spotless. We will definitely come again.

Overall rating is good. Well staffed, clean place inside. Our server was very nice. My wife’s order came out wrong, and our server corrected it immediately.

We ordered kung Pao chicken and it was so dry and there wasn’t many ingredients, five of us ordered and every single person hated it. I would never order again ?

The food good. The staff very professional and friendly.

Excellent food and service. Our waitress was new, very friendly and attentive. Service all around was great.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. From the time we walked in until the time we left, it was the worst experience. We visited on 4/21/22. The hostess was cold and unwelcoming, barely smiled the whole time we were talking to her. We explained that we made a reservation online. We were seated quickly and placed drink orders, which took about 20 minutes to arrive: three waters and two mixed drinks… our appetizer order came out quickly but was lukewarm. Our food also came out quickly but was horrible. We’d been driving 8 hours prior to dining, so we ate it because we were hungry, but all 3 of us remarked that we will not be back to a P.F. Chang’s, likely ever. Everything was cold and lacking flavor. I doused my fried rice in soy sauce, which made it slightly salvageable. The orange chicken had a weird texture and the chicken in the lo mein was extremely dry. The onions in the sesame chicken were essentially raw.Our waitress, Makenzie, was clearly having a bad day. Aside from slow service from her, drinks weren’t checked on, she reached across the table and our plates quite a bit, and she had the worst attitude all night. When asked if we wanted boxes, we said no. That answer was met with an eye roll. The debit card was quite literally snatched out of our hands when it was time to pay. If we had been a difficult table, that would have been one thing. But our orders were simple and we didn’t ask for any substitutions or anything that would have complicated the order. As we were looking around, none of the other guests appeared particularly happy, nor did any of the other staff.I’m not sure what happened, because P.F. Chang’s has always been a family favorite, but the Lexington location changed that for sure.

Good food. Good service. We could talk so not too noisy.

They have a birthday sparkler that is awesome and so festive! We loved it and of course the food was delicious!
