Our food was great. We ordered the mixed fajitas and they were well seasoned and sizzling hot. I also ordered a cheese dip and we all enjoyed it. The salsa was just okay (it had a strong tomato sauce / paste flavor). If you’re on this side of Lexington and you’re craving Mexican, then I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot.
The restaurant was recommended by our hotel, but didn’t live up to our expectations. My nachos didn’t have ground beef, but small, dried pieces of steak that was tough and not very good. The food was lukewarm. Servers were attentive, but that was about all that was good about the experience and it’s hard to screw up Mexican food.

Placed a call in order, the lady taking it was rude and didn’t place half of my order after repeating it several times. My girlfriend picked it up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the rest of the order to be made, and they charged her card twice for their mistake.Upon arrival the same lady was still rude and unprofessional. Another lady came to the counter to help my girlfriend and when my girlfriend tried to ‘make a complaint’, she was also rude and unprofessional.I called back after hearing what happened and I asked for at least a partial refund due to the inconvenience, unprofessionalism and overall dissatisfaction with the order and was told “no, bring me my food back and I’ll give you a refund” by the manager.I frequent this place a lot and I’m beyond disappointed with this encounter. No more money will be spent at this establishment by us and unless you’re dining in I wouldn’t recommend going here.Side note they were busy but if you can’t handle the occupancy level you provide and have posted on your front door then you shouldn’t be managing, serving or providing piss poor customer service.Other places I would recommend are Mi Pequena Hacienda (both locations), Pepe’s, El Charro, El Cid, Cinco De Mayo (both locations) and just about any other establishment.
My husband and I decided to stop in for dinner. They sat us in the back of the restaurant and our server had no other table in that area. We placed our drink order and got our chips and salsa, it took our server 10 to 15 minutes to return for our food order. After placing our food order, our server disappeared. I could see her pass the area and never check in on us. We were ready for more drinks and no server. I was counting the times she walked by without checking in. I stopped counting at 20. 40 minutes went by, still no food or waitress. My husband left the table to go find our server and we ended up canceling our order. We paid for our drinks and went elsewhere for dinner. It was the worst service I have had in a very long time. Won't be going back.I can understand if the kitchen was backed up, it was a busy night. But we never got any updates or service in the 40+ minutes after placing our food order.
Food was good. Atmosphere was ok. People talking very loud and on speaker phone loud! Two tables that came in after we did had their drink orders in and delivered before anyone came to our table. That's the first time this has happened. I had to call someone over to help us. They said he was busy with other people.... ok....lol. The later a lady came after we had eaten and said the young man didnt want to help us because we were rude to him. Uumm we never said a word or even look rude at him. We didnt even complain it took forever to get a waiter.
Great food. Gorgeous place. My margarita wasn't strong enough. It tasted like Koolaid. Prices were reasonable. Menu was enormous! Lots and lots of everything for everybody.

Called them and they acted like it was my fault, said he had to determine who's fault it was. I said didn't matter who's at fault, they forgot part of my order and in my mind a pretty important part. I'm sure they have good employees, just not the one that I spoke to. Just pure stupidity. Wish I could have given less than a star
