When I pulled up the drive thru line was long quickly growing. The staff still managed to get through every customer quickly. They were all very polite, and my order had no mistakes. Whatever they're paying them, it's not enough. Never had a bad experience with this location
this branch is always a case, something always goes wrong, we always lack some food, we always make mistakes in the sauces. Now I think they do it on purpose or they just don't care what you ask for, they give you the easiest thing for them to take. today let's wait more than 45 minutes for our food to be delivered, they didn't put straws for my 4 drinks, they didn't put napkins, the sauce I asked for was bbq and they gave me ranch. this time the food was very good, it felt fresh, but they lack staff.
I despise McDonalds. Only reason I stopped was to warmup during a wet cold bicycle ride. Eat what you want…year after year of this food is making many people diabetic, robbing the nutrients needed and clogging arteries. Nothing—-nothing is healthy there. All salt fat and sugar. Eat on America and reap the rewards.
It needs Two Drive-Thru's like the one in Salyersville, Ky. Not enough of ketchup & mustard on the burgers! It should be Crime for putting Two Little Tiny Pickles on Anything At All! They should put at Least 3-4 Pickles on them!!!
Fries not done, bun soggy. This is probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had.
They refuse to take drive-thru and mobile orders even though it is a 24-hour drive thru. It is 2:30 a.m. and I’ve never had an issue with this place. They are DoorDash or UberEats only now at night. It is pathetic to refuse to take mobile orders using the official app.
I hadn't been there in 2 months due to That excat reason! Then thinking you go thru at a relatively busy time you will get fresh at least warm food! NOPE! Waste money! Take the few extra minutes and go to Wendy's!
I have to say that things have seem to have gotten better at these restaurants since the worst of the COVID era has passed. That or the higher pay these employees are getting has seemed to revive the restaurant work force. Much needed and much overdue was that call to action. But worst possible timing for the think tanks to bring that reality into fruition. That said I think it has, at least for the moment, reinvigorated the food chain workforce. I have seen improvements all around Lexington at many of these restaurants. And I have had good experiences at just about every fast food joint around the belt line. I visited two different McDonald's on that night and have to say both did very well. Drive thru speed was good and the politeness from both stores was very good. And that was the night crew. Worth a stop to see for yourself. At Richmond Rd. And plaudit place. Good job to both stores.
No cheese requested due to allergy on a 14.00 order. The number does not pick up. Let me know when you are ready to deliver the golden burger.
Best McDonald’s experience ever - and I work at a McDonald’s! I came around 2:40pm on a Thursday, and the drive thru was very speedy. As well, I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, and the quarter and bacon were both FRESH. They remembered my sauces as well. Great job guys! :)
