My husband ordered a mcdouble without pickles and it still had pickles and tasted like soap. He got it fixed and luckily the 2nd didn't taste like soap.
Ordered lunch for pickup curbside. After waiting 15 minutes, went inside. I asked about my order and was told "oh yeah its right here on the counter." That's not how curbside works.
This is the best McDonald's in Lexington the service is great its clean and they always get my order correct.
I took my grandson and my daughter there yesterday and noticed how rude the employees were and I also noticed two Hispanic ladies eating and drinking on the work line and then handling peoples food when I told the manager who was a redheaded younger lady with glasses about it she looked at me and said sorry then proceeded to go and join them with food and a drink. I called health department at that time because this is how ppl get sick
My order clearly shows Big Mac onions only yet I got everything but onions and pickles. I could understand if this had been the first time, but it’s a normal practice for this McDonald’s.
We were on our way from Michigan to South Carolina and we needed something outside the snack foods we packed and of course fast food was the next best bet. Food was hot, line time was really good as they have a double drive through and we were trying to get to our dad's house as fast as possible so we appreciated faster wait times!!
It's McDonald's, what can I say...Their the same everywhere you go.Service is good but they are getting a little pricey these days
First service friendly people the restrooms were really clean they even had Staff sweeping the parking lot
I got two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce cheese some pickles and some onions...and ordered the sesame seed bun!I should market that sandwich!!
I come here for the convenience from home to get my family breakfast or lunch. I'm not a fan of the food here. It tastes fine it's just not my fave. Breakfast here when they had the egg white delight and the steak, egg and cheese bagel was another story. I loved it, and I ate here way too often. The breakfast selection now is just meh. The wife and kid like it so we keep coming back. As long as their happy, right?
