I went by the drive thru and order two mcdoubles and large fries pull me to number one parking and I waited for twenty minutes and still no food and I went in to see were was my order and I told the manger and I told her to keep the food and I call the main office and I advised don't go to that McDonald's it is the worst one in Lexington
The worst mcdonalds , employees are loudly complaining about working there and they trying to get a job at walmart. Not wanting to take order for white people. Mcdonalds needs to go in and rip out all the trash and garbage and replace with nice respectable folk that want to work.
Quite possibly the most ghetto, rude employees out of all the McDonald’s in lex. When they’re working out of one drive thru window only, they forget to return your debit card, and when you come back to retrieve it, they give major attitude.
Very clean, nice facility and employees. Made us happy and comfortable during a quick lunch between ballgames.
The young man in the front drive thru window is anything but pleasant and polite. I said thank you 4 times and he still said absolutely nothing. Qcted annoyed when I said I have another order coming. If you hare your job, find another, it's not the rest of the worlds fault
They were very busy. Both of the lines for drive thru was wrapped around, there inside of the restaurant was closed, I'm assuming due to shortage in staff! But for as busy as they were they still did a great job getting there customers served. We ordered some burgers & got a couple carmal sundaes! They was great. We had asked got extra carmal on our sundaes and they were made correctly in my opinion with caramel on the bottom and on the top. Thank you for working hard McDonald's!!!
Every time I go to this McDonald's there are rude people that works here. They don't say hello, or tell you the price of what you got. I guess they expect you to know. Then at the window where you get your order, it seems if you ask for something like ketchup or extra napkins it makes them mad. I know McDonald's may not be the best job, but if you can't handle working in customer service then work somewhere else!!
Ridiculous wait time 35 min just for a happy meal yall needa step it up doesn’t help the inside is closed fair warning anyone don’t come here
When I first moved onto Richmond Rd and started going to this location, my orders were right but now, my last three visits have been wrong. Today was it for me. I asked for a “number 7” and they lady repeated back to me “okay you want a cheeseburger?” …that isn’t what I said so I corrected her, she finally got it and repeated my entire order back to me correctly. Got to the window, was asked if I had the number 7 with a large coke, was told my total was 6.15 and she took my card. Got to the second window where they proceeded to hand me a small bag so I asked if it was the meal, she said no a meal wasn’t put down for me, so I told her “No i told the lady it was supposed a number 7 and she even said it back to me. twice.” went to look at my receipt and even though she repeated it back to me TWICE, she still put the WRONG ORDER down and charged me wrongly. I told them to no longer worry about it and took the ONE cheeseburger. I don’t understand how this wrongly of miscommunication happened but as I said, it was the third time and third time is the charm for me.
