Okay so this is our first time ordering from here it says that you guys close at 9:00pm the store is already closed and we've already paid. So you guys pretty much just took our payment and left us with no dinner tonight and my husband standing outside your store looking at a closed sign on the door thanks
Great salad! Fast and Friendly service. Restaurant was very clean.
Better than other McAlister's in the region. I have no idea how they are able to stay open with the labor shortage. They don't have nearly enough people, but they're still able to take care of us customers!
the pick 2 menu option is great--get the king club-the half sandwich is freakin' huge! turkey, ham, bacon and 2 kinds of cheese.....tortilla soup and broccoli cheddar were yummy also, my wife enjoyed the chicken salad
The food was and is always great! One problem was the cashier Blake…absolutely no customer service! Never greeted me when I walked up, and after ordering he never told me a total! Just stood there and looked at me as if I was from Mars! Terrible customer service but great food!
30 minutes and I'm still waiting for 2 club sandwiches. They aren't busy. What the hell is going on here?
The corned beef is amazing. They may have been understaffed, but the tables could have been cleaned better.

Food is like your average McAlester’s. Delicious and wonderful. The issue was we were the only order and the food took around 20 minutes to come out and we could see people just standing around in the back. Additionally, before we left with the to go order I noticed half of the order was missing. Of course, we got all the food in the end, but it seemed disorganized.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered and paid online. I got there and waited almost 30 mins for a soup and sandwich combo. The soup was freezing cold and the sandwich was sloppily thrown together. I’ve never had a bad experience with them but this was too much. The staff didn’t give any explanation for the delay and offered no apology.
