The food was good. 7/10. I ordered the salmon, it was overdone but still good. I had a cheesecake for dessert, it was delicious and huge. Great for sharing! The service was 10/10. I could tell they was a little understaffed but they tried their best tonight. My waitress, I believe her name was Mary, with the dermal piercing. She was a sweetie! I loved her! My experience was pleasant.
Like most places, they were short staffed; which is understandable. However, my medium steak came out under cooked, and my wife's medium steak came out over cooked. We were never asked how the food was, and service visits and the wait on our food was so long, we decided to eat what we could and go on. Additionally, the inside of the light hanging directly above our food was gross. I probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't have to wait so long on my dinner. Sad, we've eaten here many times over the years and have never had a bad experience until now.*4/26 edit: Logan's has reached out to me to correct this experience. Once we have an opportunity to return to this specific restaurant, I'll update the review based on that experience.
My family came to eat here after not getting any service at another restaurant. We were served promptly and our server was very attentive. My porterhouse and my wife's sirloin were quite overcooked. Our server agreed and had them recook our meals. Chef did great the second time. I didn't get what I wanted immediately, but it was a great steak.
Absolutely garbage. Do not recommend. Would give 0 if I could. Apps where cold and covered in grease. Steak was over cooked on one side and raw on the other. Sent it back and it comes out burnt. Spoke to a manager even though all the food was on the table uneaten I was given 10 percent discount and a free meal card. What a joke. Never a again.
Usually a good place to eat, but tonight I waited over 25 minutes to get someone to take my drink order. Yes I said to take it because I had to ask 2 other servers to bring it to us. After nearly 40 minutes we still hadn't placed a food order so we gathered our belongings and walked out. On the way out the door the manager asked if he could take care of us.

We have been loyal Customers.. At the Lexington location.. We do not mind paying for good food.. But time and time again we have had issues.. Last time they were out of Ribs.. It’s a steak house out of ribs??Several times after that it has taken over a hour calling to put the order in, they kept putting me on hold forever until it cut me off.. So the last time I went in .. I stood there for 15 minutes with no one offering to help., The girl kept saying I’m new I need help .. she took my order then the Guy helping you train her came up to help her he stood at the computer forever finally I said is there a problem he said my computers rebooting.. Finally after forever he asks me what I wanted I gave him the entire order again ., and he wrote it down on paper.. At this point I should have left .. But I left and then came back to pick it up .. One half rack of ribs were Raw and didn’t look luke they had much more than he thrown on the fire .. the other half was burned up .. And to be honest I don’t know which was worse .. We threw the raw Ones away .. The rest of the order was wrong .. Items missing and one side was wrong all together .. and the fact it was almost 50.00 for two plates was just a slap in the face .. this is the absolute last time we will be eating anything here .. I understand that this pandemic is a issue but if you can’t maintain quality you can’t expect people to keep coming in .. This has been going on at this location for a long time before this all started .. the raw ribs were just the straw that broke the camels back for us
Food was good but our medium steaks were medium well. Server was good. Table top needed repair. Their rolls are Super! Biggest sweet potato I've ever had.
Got in quick, experience was lacking. No lunch menu, nothing. The food (salad and burger) was slow to get out, but the spinach dip was good. Friendly staff sure, but not a perfect meal/service. 4 out of 5 fir me.
