No baggers on Saturday at peek time of the morning. This is backing up the check out lines.

Sell kroger supermarket gift cards in bulk at a low price. A lot of kroger supermarket gift cards for a long time at a low price. The face value is 100 dollars.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Paid to have my prescription delivered and no one calls or knocks on the door they just leave it on my porch thankfully no one stole it but you don't do that with people's medicine.

There’s flies on everything in the deli all the meat slicers are covered with flies. The self checkouts are nasty. If you compare this Kroger to the one on Euclid for cleanliness the difference is unbelievable. So that tells me that the staff there are just lazy.

This is a well stocked, clean, and conveniently located store. The quality of the Kroger house brands is as good if not better than name brands. Great store for everyday shopping.

I want to write this review to tell you about an experience I had that I won't forget. I go there with my son to shop for a few items (pizza, tea, cereal). and we spent about 15 minutes shopping as it was about 9:40PM when we got there. So we get done shopping and it being near closing time, the were probably 30 people in line. The cashier of the section opened up the other area to make things go quicker so people could get done checking out faster. So we waited in line about 5 minutes and checked out. We had no problems checking out. But we had a huge problem right after checking out that made me upset. We paid for our groceries (I had to use cash and give it to the cashier because the checkout machine would not accept cash at the time.) And at that moment it was about 10:04PM. We noticed there was still probably 5 customers at checkout. We went over to the KY Lottery self serve machine to get a couple of Pick 3 tickets, the time at the lottery machine took maybe 2 minutes at most. My son seen how there was what looked like a couple of managers with piercing stares directed at us standing near the exit. One was an older blonde lady and a man with a moustache. I won't go to any further description of them than that, as I have decency. But the blonde manager yelled very loudly "Guys, we are closed." "And we need you to exit the building right now." We were only there 6 minutes after 10:00PM when they closed. We had just spent $34.00 on groceries and there were still customers checking out after we were done checking out. We, just at the time, wanted to get out of there when she said that. I told her "Can't you see that there are still customers checking out?" The man and older blonde lady in the glasses just completely ignored me, and had a snarling turned neck directed away from me, as to completely ignore anything I had to say to them. They had a grimace in the way they looked. These types of people should never rise to management of a company. I have been shopping at this Kroger location for 20 YEARS and this is how they choose to treat a loyal customer like that. What a horrible experience that happened just minutes before this review was even typed. I wanted to type this negative review so I could remember that this experience happened whenever I shop there again. I hope those two managers read this review and could please be nicer to their customers the next time. Especially someone who has shopped there literally thousands of times. I pray for people who must act like that. I hope those people are nicer than that to their friends, family and other customers.

I placed an order to be delivered. They never showed up they kept order. Called it’s a third party company they use instacart. They charge fee to deliver and keep your items and your money. It’s a horrible service do not use!!! Kroger should inform customers or previous issues they might encounter.

this is the worst kroger ive ever been too. most of the time 1 lane open and self check out half open with long lines. why is your time more important than mine. u r a multi billion dollar company. your prices havent gone down with less workers. greed.

A few days ago, I was knocked in the head because of an issue with the settings on the automatic exit door. A customer in front if me changed his mind and decided tobturn his cart around to return to the store. I walked around to his right to exit which is when the side panel moved slamming into my temple and knocking me off balance. Fortunately I was able to grab tge left side as it was closing to keep from falling over.I took the time to let the corporate office know the issue with the settings in hopes this does not happen to another person. I already have spinal stimulator and have had two back surgeries and would like to know exiting is safe. Many customers have far greater physical challenges this could exacerbate or cause increased impairment.Unfortunately, the corporate office could care less. Their response was “file an accident report with the store manager”. They did not care to see to the safety assurance requested. I was only interested in safety for all not an accident report. Most shameful. I doubt they even informed the manager.NOTE: The stars here do NOT reflect the staff as they are terrific.
