We have foolishly use “ click list” for a second time this month and it was frankly unbelievable!!! Conveniently they charged us for items not included or simply did not add items requested!! This service started out as a great value, but has declined to a money grab for Kroger Corporation!! Not sure if it is intentional or a matter of being understaffed, but Buyer Beware!!!!

Great customer service + 18O56O854O6 NO NONSENSE and GREAT ASSISTANCE !!!

V random but the cheese employees are so kind and helpful! I just enjoyed the literal best bowl of pasta ever thanks to them. Mad props

In person shopping always a good experience. Check your receipt when ordering for delivery. There have been two occasions where there was extra items purchased that I didn’t order and weren’t delivered. Someone had lunch and a lot of energy drink on me without my permission! Still will shop in store as that is a good experience.

Used to be a great store. Management now more interested in profits than keeping a safe environment for their staff and customers during covid. Many customers don’t wear masks and management does nothing about it. they have posted on the front door that you have to wear a proper mask to enter. They told me they are afraid someone will shoot them if they enforce the mask rules issued by health dept and state. Always overcrowded- making lots of money and I guess that is their priority.

Great service. Clean. Great selection

I love Kroger, it is one of the cleanest place to shop.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for years even since I was little. I have never been treated so bad by an associate at a store that I have felt I needed to write a review. The price was wrong on some ground turkey and I took a picture to show them and expected to get it all at the price it said. Marshall got up in my personal space and told me the manager would tell me the same thing he told me. I asked for the manager and Marshall then decided to walk off. I then had to ask another associate to get a manager and he was polite and paged him. The manager came up front and told me that the sign was wrong and that they were not the ones that put it out. I argued and argued and he eventually agreed to give me one package for the price it said when I wanted 5. I asked about the free one that is supposed to be Kroger’s policy and he said it was up to him. He gave me the one and proceeded to tell Marshall to take the rest back. As Marshall was doing that he said “bet” and laughed. I will not be shopping at Kroger unless this issue is resolved.
