Order food from Uber eats 2 hours before they close waited patiently they stated they ran out of chicken how does KFC run out of chicken ? Never got my order.
Went to the KFC side. It’s understaffed and what employees were there just stood around mostly while I waited to order. The place looked dirty were food is made with chicken on the floor and food everywhere that had been sitting out. The kids Zone is still closed for Covid and the trash cans were overflowing. Good luck finding a clean table.
Terrible service. Rude and very dismissive young lady at the counter. Another employee tried to fix the situation but we still ended up short a piece of chicken and no gravey after we had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they were out of crispy chicken AFTER we were told our order was ready from the app. Must do better KFC. Horrible experience.
Great place to relax near the high way along with Gas station. Have Kids fun Zone along with a small food court with options of Wendy's, KFC, Pizza hut (limited options).
I will NEVER patronize your location at Plaudit Place in Lexington Ky again!! Why would ANY restaurant only prepare 1 or 2 (per the manager) advertised, on the menu, Pot Pies!!!! They NEVER have any, even at lunch or dinner time! And the manager is VERY rude!!!! Will let all my friends and family know that this location is Terrible!!! Do Not Patronize!!!
At noon on a Sunday and they didn't have any fresh chicken. Only yesterday's chicken and biscuits. Service was also awful.
Waited 10 minutes in line and still have not ordered..gave up
Great service! Johnathan and Savon were awesome! They kept a friendly composure during lunch rush today. My food was made correctly & was great!
Had no drinks available was offered biscuits instead of drinks did not get them or 2 coleslaws that came with meal.
How convenient I go to leave a comment and the ratings are this low! Should have looked here first got the spicy combo, pulled up payed went to take a bite and it was like biting into a tire not done fully rubber go back through tell her it was not done that I would just take the chicken little combo instead and instead of just doing that she just has a full blown argument on how it's not it's fresh mind you I got this food in 10 seconds absolutely not fresh and that the tenders would be the same. Instead of just giving me what I asked for she said in not just going to give you different food so I told her just give me a refund then. You people are failing miserably here and I was being nice since the fries are rock hard and cold those must be fresh too huh? Get it together or go somewhere else this is someones business quit being so lazy..UPDATE went to Chic FIL A and was soooo good
