Excellent food. Good prices.. Wait was a little long, but I think they were a bit understaffed.

Came here to do an ubwr eats delivery n they took to lomg n order shoukd have been alresdy ready but wasnt excuse was from them was were still working on the fries to be ready inwasmt to hapoy bout it but i well thats the foid industry for you ya know....uggh!
Always friendly and always fast! The elderly lady that takes front counter orders goes above and beyond. Definitely an experience I don't expect from a food serviceFoods always fresh, and hot.
Awesome food fast service and very good people working at this location. From upstate New York and think the chicken taste better from a KFC in Kentucky....lol just kidding it's all great.
KFC is ooen for folks to eat inside the resturant and they have redone the inside of this one. Really cool light above this tabke. The bucket of KFC is really nice. Service was very friendly but they are short handed so be patient. Still tasted like KFC so no let down there. Yum, yum get you some!
Went through the drive thru, they were fast but the order was wrong from the very beginning. They only gave us 3 out of 4 drinks. Then we pulled into a parking spot in their parking lot to eat. Our food was half cold, the fries were half filled, and one meal was missing a biscuit. Went in to get what was missing and saw a COCKROACH dead on the floor. Will NOT be coming back!
They got my order wrong. I tried to take it back and no one was there it was like 10:15pm I've kept the food and will be taking it back in the am and won't go back there... on richmond rd Lexington ky just sayn...
No one in the drive-thru ahead of me. I was asked to wait. After 5 minutes, I pulled around to the window. No one there either. I decided just to go to Hardee's, so as I pulled off I noticed two employees on the drive-thru side hunkered down in the cold weather smoking. Okay, so that's where they were. As I pulled out, there were two on the other side, outside taking a break. A fifth employee was taking the garbage out. At least he was working, which is more than I can say for the rest of them. The only positive thing I have to say about the whole experience was that the staff at Hardee's was friendly and the service was fast. The chicken was great too. Thank you KFC, for sending me there.
