Love the fast friendly service and the good food.

I tried “Daniel’s Tomato Pie” today. It was delicious! I highly recommend it. I’ve never had anything from Josie’s I didn’t love! Love the atmosphere too!

Service was great and food was delicious! Loved the quiche!!

We googled and saw this was a top rated restaurant so decided to try it. The wait was about 20 minutes, honestly not bad.All six of us really enjoyed our food, and our waiter Jack was great! Actually, the whole staff is extremely friendly.Pancakes seem to be popular here, and they were very tasty. If you like fluffy pancakes, you’ll love these. They were a bit too fluffy for my liking, but I still didn’t leave a crumb. Lol.*Oh, get the cheese grits. They were a hit.

We stopped for lunch before a distillery tour. It was busy when we arrived but we were quickly seated. My dad and I both had Johnny’s Grilled Cheese and it was delicious. My dad also had the tater tots and they were hot and crisp. My step mom had the soup of the day and she said it was delicious. I would definitely go back

Try the goetta! I’m from Florida and I have been through Lexington twice and both times had to stop at this place! It gets busy so get there early and/or plan for a little bit of a wait, but it’s worth it!Both times I’ve had really great servers! Super friendly! On my recent visit the coffee was a little weak, so when I got a refill I requested from a different pot to try it, but she decided to make a whole new pot a little stronger! I thought that was really nice of her.The food has always been delicious and the atmosphere is cozy even when it’s busy.

Just do it, get on that wait list. Maybe it was because it was a busy weekend for Lexington(?), but our 50 minute wait for a table was still well worth it. Once seated we received top notch service, and the food was superb. Pancakes & waffles had the best flavor & texture and had freshly whipped cream on top. Probably everyone in our party said "wow" at least once about their food.Loved the eclectic farm (pigs, cows, etc) decor. The place was clean & organized, including the bathroom. Only improvement would be larger bathrooms; there are A LOT of people in that place for only a 2 stall bathroom.

We love Josie's! Wait time was about 45 minutes for party of 4 on a Saturday at 11am... so get there early! But it's so worth the wait. The BLT&E is very good! Burgers look amazing as well.

Great decor, lots of options and food was great. Just surprised they use bagged fried potatoes instead of making th3m from scratch

Despite a nearly 30m wait for a seat (super busy) we finally got a couple of seats at the bar. As we sat down we were immediately greeted and drink order was in within a minute. We ordered breakfast even though it was Lunch time. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict and I ordered the Two by Two (2 eggs over medium, Bacon and a biscuit plus I added the special Pancake (Multi Grain Honey drizzled). It came out quickly and the finished product is the picture attached. Excellent bacon and the Pancake was fantastic, it didn't need any syrup since it came out with Honey and Whipped Cream on top. My wife also stated her meal was excellent. The atmosphere was very inclusive and very organized. This one is a clear winner. This will be a place I will enjoy another meal again at.
