Saw the commercial on TV for 5 for $15. We have never ate there. We called to make sure they still had the 5 for $15 and they said yes. So we decided to book a motel room (we live 2 hours away) and go eat there. We called before we left the motel room to see if the special was still on. They said yes. We went to the restaurant and was seated. We told the waitress we wanted the special and she said OK and she said hold on a minute. She left our table and came back and said we no longer have it and my wife told her that we just called before we came to the restaurant and said the special was still on. The waitress said hold on she would get the manager. The manager came to our table and said he was sorry but the special just ended. The manager said he was sorry he couldn`t override the cash register to ring it up the special price and to order something else. He then said something else later in the week would be on special. But we weren`t going to be there later in the week. We looked at the menu and there wasn`t anything else we wanted and the menu was overpriced. We didn`t see our waitress again and after 5 minute we left and went to RED LOBSTER and had lunch. Four days later the same special 5 for $15 is still on TV. So my wife called the manger and her told her it wasn`t on TV and if it was it was different but it was the exact same special. He remembered us and then he lied to my wife and said he told us that he would try to get the price as close to the special 5 for $15 but he did not tell us that. He just kept telling us he couldn`t override the cash register and walked away. Maybe they need to retrain their managers or get some new one`s. REMEMBER IF YOU CAN`T MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE COUSTOMER`S YOU WILL HAVE NO BUSINESS. Any manager can override a cash register to make things right. If it`s on TV or you call don`t believe it. Not sure how the food was didn`t get to taste it but if a manager will lie to you on the phone or to your face it`s not worth eating at. TO CORPORATE RETRAIN YOUR MANAGER`S HOW TO WORK A CASH REGISTER AND NOT TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS. I have the manager`s name but his inital`s is T.N. If you go there you will know who he is if he gave the right name.

Imagine the surprise when we go to have a wonderful dinner and realize the price had a 100% increase. Bow tie festival and skilletini which used to be around $10 and $12 is now $18.99 and $19.99. Meal for two with no dessert and a sweet tea and coke was $50. Imagine if we had a family of two or three kids. There was no wait. Why would there be? You can’t expect families to go to a chain restaurant and pay $50 to $200 per meal. We won’t be back simply because it’s not worth the price. Not going to pay $25 dollars per person to receive a dish that is basic.

Went here on an anniversary date with my partner and the staff was amazing. The host was very nice and sat us immediately. We were served by Erica who was sweet and very attentive. She made sure we never ran out of our drinks. Kandace stopped by to make sure we were doing alright and was very helpful in getting us more bread. The food was great. Will definitely be back.

10/10! Highly recommend. Overall experience was wonderful. Food was a little expensive, but very worth the price. Server was very attentive, sweet dark haired country girl. Manager Candace came by to check on us & she truly seemed genuinely interested in how I thought the food was. Will be returning soon! Asking for Erica ;)

Visited during our business trip to Lexington.Food was ok and staff were friendly with us.Long wait time for food and quantity was a lot on all dishes we ordered.Moderately priced and tasted ok.Was worth the try and would recommend this place. Was a bit confused to navigate here.

Food was good, however, I asked for a sample of the spicy marina and when it came it was very mild. When the actual meal came after 2 bites my nose was running. I was hoodwinked. ?

Went in for me and my wife’s Anniversary, greatest Italian restaurant in Lexington. Our server Cezanne was amazing. And the Manager Tony was even better. I would give 10 stars if i was able to.

We chose to go here based on a visit several years ago when our daughter attended college at UK. The lunch was fantastic and the portion size allowed us to take some for home for later. We were so glad this place was still here in spite of the difficulties restaurants have had during the pandemic.

Pretty tasty but fyi this is the amount of lasagna you get for $50 (half a tray), no sides or bread or anything, not including the $20 delivery fees from Uber eats. What I'm saying is we just payed $70 for half a tray of lasagna so there's probably a better option around here for cost effective lasagna ordering for a family meal.
