Employees like to talk about their customers in the drive thru. The window was left open and overheard a lady yelling about me in the drive thru. Sis needs a new job because she is unprofessional and clearly doesn't like being there
Freaky Fast? More like Freaky slow. It took 40 mins to get my food. They keep getting slower and slower at this location.
I love that they do lettuce wraps. It's something about that fresh crunch that I LOVE! They are always fresh and put more meat in their sandwiches than subway. Although I have noticed they are cutting back. Likely because the cost everything has risen so terribly.
I think the elites who control the definitions of terminology need to revisit the meaning of “freaky fast”. I have been ordering almost weekly from JJs and cannot recall a delivery time that would even be a stretch for “freaky fast”. Honestly it’s just disappointing when you see such an established food company who prides themselves on their “fast” delivery, when they can’t even get an order out the door in less than an hour..I finally had enough of their sluggishness and will no longer be a customer anywhere, unless I have a plethora of time to wait around in the dark for an update on where the food I paid for is. Laughably slow service will never be justified by sub-par food either. Don’t eat here.
Terrible experience! Waited over an hour for my order, and when it finally arrived I did not even get notified. Terrible customer service at this location.
A few months ago I ordered from this Jimmy John's and they took so long to deliver my food I missed my entire lunch hour. They said they would refund me and never did. Same thing happened today. It was over an hour and they never came. I called to cancel the order and they actually refunded me this time. I also had to call SEVERAL times before anyone would speak to me.
I just made a delivery order & i Swear to god it came in 8 min. HOW!?!?!? Had to give the driver a good tip cause WOW
Watch out for delivery from this location. Food was delivered to wrong location but when we called to find out what went wrong gentleman that answered the phone was rude to my wife and insinuated that we did something wrong! Customer service is dead nowadays.
Wrong order yet again, not sure when I'll learn to stop going there. Ordered a Slim 4 with extra turkey and add bacon and not what I got at all.Nothing on that sandwich that I would be interested in eating so just a waste of money and time with nothing to show for it
